The nicest and cleanest one we’ve ever been too!!! We will drive 2hrs to bring our daughter back!!!

My son decided to have my 2 year old grandson’s birthday party here since I volunteered to take care of the bill go figure. Using the website to book a reservation was a little stressful at first and I still don’t know what was going on with that. For some reason it would not allow my card to go thru. I contacted my bank and was told there was no problem on their end. I ended up contacting CEC’s customer service and reserved the party over the phone. You have to put down a $ 50 deposit.
Having not stepped inside of a Chuck E Cheese establishment in over 10 years I didn’t know WHAT to expect. First let me say how packed it was when we pulled into the parking lot! This was the day after the light snow that we had here in GA so I was very surprised. When we walked inside we were greeted at the door, hand stamped, led thru a turnstyle and introduced to our party host Chelsea.
Let me say now that Chelsea was an excellent hostess! She was very pleasant, great energy, and very attentive. Not once did we have to put out an APB on her. She gave us a rundown of the «schedule» and what to expect. My mouth almost opened in aw because for people like me who are not good at throwing parties this was perfect. The schedule being 1.) what time the food was coming out, 2.) what time Chuck E himself was coming out to sing Happy Birthday to all of the birthday kids, to what time my grandson could step inside of a plastic tube with a blower to catch as many tickets as he and his dad could hold. etc.
As far as food goes… the pizza was tasty, the wings were meh, the lemonade was just right. Not too sweet and I could actually taste a lemon flavor. The fries were decent, small cut like McDonalds without the Micky D taste, and the churros were chewy and flavorful. The customers are to bring their own bday cake and the hostesses will bring them out right before the «show» begins.
It was an absolute awesome experience that totally surpassed my expectations. Most importantly the kids and even the adult guests had a blast! I can’t wait to schedule again in February for another grands party. Yay :)

We came here because we had a bad experience at Kids Paradise across the street. Like the other reviewer, this place sure brings back a lot of memories (I would always come here as a kid and have a good time.) We had a blast here and saw Chuck performing as we were leaving! This place is just amazing.
I only have one small complaint and that complaint has to do with the animatronics. I was pretty disappointed because the animatronics do not interact with the children in any way, which is what my cousins expected. I wasn’t able to ask Chuck a question, which disappointed me a bit, but then again we had fun here and that’s the main reason we came.

I came here in the middle of the day because the Firestone down the street was working on my car and I had an hour of time on my hands. This place brings back so many memories. I walked around, played basketball, and ordered a pizza. Very nice staff. Even had 50 tickets for free and got some candy. Childhood memories!

I used to come to this chuck e cheese when I was a kid, so it was only fitting that when I have my own to bring him here. I thought it would be a little dusty but I was pleasantly surprised that it looked renovated every game was clean and working and it was very clean inside. I brought son my niece and nephews along and they loved it! The pizza isn’t terrible but kind of pricy, I spent way too much money there. The prizes suck, it’s crap from the dollar store that’s worth damn near all the tickets. The guy at the counter was kind of impatient with the kids looking through prizes but what can you expect with two-​five year olds who can’t add and subtract large numbers, whatever. I’ll be back just for the games and eat somewhere cheaper/​better.

like other chuck e cheeses place, this one is great place to bring your kids and yourself ofcourse, the place is clean, my only complaint there are not many machine so makes my kids bores easily, but its clean place they have maze tube and climbing place like the one on catch air, but no bouncing house. all and all its a great place to be, well definitely comeback and recommend to friends

This place could use a good cleaning, but I’m not afraid of my child catching anything she couldn’t get rid of (sigh of relief). The staff seems uninterested in children, but I just keep a close eye on mine when she nears a staff member. In this area I don’t think you could ask for much more.

Another one of my kids favorite places to go! It’s a moms favorite too because it’s a whole lot of fun for the kiddies and using coupons makes it a whole lot of fun on my purse!
The check-​in system that they have at this Chuck E Cheese’s satisfies me and my need for safety when in places like these. Everyone in your group gets a stamp on the same arm, with matching id #‘s so no one leaves with someone else without you knowing. I usually take them really early in the day as well, so they can have as much fun as they can before the traffic starts to pour in. I would also recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer because a lot of little kids crawling in and out of tubes, wiping their noses, eating food and forgetting to wipe their hands can be a recipe for germs all over the place. I keeps it nice and clean.
Before you go check out whatever coupons you can find online. This usually helps cut the cost of tokens and food. This is also a great place to hold Birthday parties for you little ones.
