I moved to this facility from Public Storage after being there just 3 weeks. This facility is small, clean, everything works, there is a cart avail all the time. The staff was very friendly and professional. This is a 180 from my prior experience down the road. Are they the cheapest? Probably not, but you do get what you pay for.

Found this location by chance. Easy to reserve online. Had a follow up call about the reservation. Came in and was greeted by Brittany. Very pleasant and very sweet and helpful. Showed us the unit, explained everything. We were in and out of there in no time. Very clean and secure facility.

This is clearly a case where«the new boss is n-o-t the same as the old boss…» Whew, «CubeSmart» has barely been in this marketplace ‘for a minute’ and they did not waste any time in getting their entry on Unilocal to shill their newly acquired property. But as a longtime customer of this facility, I have to tell you that their new policies will not offer any better ‘value’ as their«About This Business» ad-copy wants to tell you … and ‘service’ remains to be seen … The previous owner of this facility has sold out to this out of state corporation and CubeSmart has decided to discontinue several customer-friendly policies in regard to multi-month-payment discounts(except for a year’s worth, they are quick to tell you) but by slashing these payment incentives, CubeSmart has effectively raised prices … in the midst of this recession. WOW, WEALLLOVETHAT … thats the way to incentivize your customer base, CubeSmart. These«new discount» touted by CubeSmart are only for new customers or for those who want to prepay for an entire year. Previously there were discounts for pre-payment for 3 and 6 months as well. Also … NOW … The local phone number for this office rings in their out of state corporate office and not in actual facility that I am calling. Does that makes sense? If I just want to ask«what time do you close?»(and have to be transferred 2 – 3 times to get a simple question answered) I think many other customers other than myself will end up missing the former owners, which was StorGuard, their sign is still up as of this writing.
