This is the first time I have ever written a Unilocal review. Amazingly enough it is because of outstanding customer service. I have used Do my own pest control on 2 occasions. This was my first time to set up an account and recieve postal delivery. I can say I wish all shopping and shipping experiences were this good. I would buy everything here. Do my own pest control has an excellent website with great product info. There customer service is maybe the best I’ve encountered in along time anywhere, over the phone or in person. I hope they continue and thrive, and there is no reason they shouldn’t because they put service before sales/​profit. That gives them an extremely loyal and vocal marketing rep… me their customer.

I called to order products to deal with a flea situation we had. The person on the phone was very helpful, the products were shipped extremely quickly using a fast shipping service, and arrived in no time at all. I am very happy with this company and would use them again without hesitation if needed in the future. It is a breath of fresh air these days to come across a company that has good and friendly customer service as well as fast shipping and great prices. Highly recommended!

With BedBugPocalypse debilitating the psyche of every New Yorker within the 5 boroughs, one can never be too cautious when protecting themselves against the invasion of the Cimex Lectularius. Granted, the pests have already disrupted our movie going rituals and shopping sprees (which ultimately inhibits economic stimulation). Nevertheless, I’ll be damned if I let those pesky insects do one of the following…
1) Destroy my $ 700 Sealy Posturpedic Mattress
2) Ruin a goodnight’s sleep!
Conducting a basic Google Shopping Search, it was decided that Do My Own Pest Control had the highly acclaimed Protect-​A-​Bed AllerZip Mattress cover in stock at the most favorable prices.
With a few simple clicks, my mattress would be all of Bed Bug Proofed within a few days…
8 days had passed by and still no Mattress Encasement. I found it particularly strange that no delivery confirmation had been sent, despite having received a confirmation order request.
After calling Customer Service at Do My Own Pest Control, I had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel about the situation. Without going into detail, Rachel had gone above and beyond her responsibilities in calling the shipping carrier and helping to locate my package. In addition, a follow up call 24 hours after our initial dialogue was performed by Rachel to ensure that I had the Mattress Encasement in hand.
Needless to say, the level of attention and personal responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction rendered by Rachel is nothing short of perfection. Going above and beyond what was expected left high praise for this business establishment.
Today… My Mattress is officially Bed Bug Proof. Those pesky critters aren’t touching my Sealy!
