The stylist was nice and accommodating at the shop. She gave me a fare price beforehand and, I thought that she clearly understood the look I was going for. My hair turned out looking nothing like the picture. At the time, my braids seemed slightly larger than the example shown to the stylist but, the braids were done nicely so I did not complain. Once I got home, try as I may, I could not get a decent ponytail construcred. There were too many braids. The ponytail ended up looking comically thick at the base and, when it is down my hair can not even lie flat because all of the braids bunchef up ontop of each other. I called the shop back and requested that SOME, not all of the braids be done over. The 7 minute conversation was like a rollercoaster. She changed her mind and her tone several times during the exchange of words. She went from accomodating, to indignant and accusing, to compromising, and back again. She said that I could come back in on Sunday, then Monday evening, then instructed me to call Monday because she may not even be there. It was the most ridiculous, failed attempt at good customer service ever. She did text me the next day to see if I was available yo fix it and, it turned out pretty nice. The first convo totally ruined the experience. If this was bad customer service for a partially satisfied customer, I could not imagine being an totally unsatisfied one. Wont be back.
