Atrocious customer service. Our annual fees for tax preparation increased 300% over 8 years. Loyalty and customer appreciation aren’t something this firm practices or understands. Moreover, the audacity to send us a bill for $ 23 after over a year of us no longer employing their services is incomprehensible.
Take the advice of those they have mistreated — stay away.
