I was so impressed by the family friendly customer service! I have very high expectations that are rarely met in today’s service industry. I gave them a very intricate and detailed piece from our China cabinet with window pains that needed to be reset. They look like new! Beautiful, skilled work! I would recommend Jeff and this group to anyone. I truly can’t imagine they would leave a customer I satisfied.

I referred by Ethan Allen to have a dining set refinished. I gave this company one chair to refinish first and thought if that turned out well, I would have the rest of the furniture completed. I paid $ 60 and this one chair looks the same, actually it appears I paid $ 60 to have a dark marker used to cover the scratches. I was very disappointed to wait over 45 days to have nothing done and I cannot believe Ethan Allen suggested this sub-​par service.
