Minimal customer service at best. The place was empty, everyone was on phones or computers Internet surfing or playing games. Got a manicure, pedicure, and brow wax. It wasn’t the best job. It was very rushed, which struck me as odd seeing as how I was the only one in the place. When they were finished, that just sat and went back to their electronics with their backs turned. Save your money go elsewhere.

I was crunched on time and this place is very close to my house(I usually go to a nail salon near work). The place looks normal, nothing out of the ordinary. The owner was pleasant, and even accommodated my two boys(it was the weekend and they were with me). I picked my nail polish color and opted for the standard mani/pedi. The girl who was working on my toenails was young and very quiet. The lady who was working on my fingernails was older and very talkative. I was surprised that she was done cleaning my cuticles in less than 10 minutes and began painting my nails. As she was painting, it was clear to me that she was not doing a good job so I stopped her and told her I don’t like the color and wanted to start all over. She was so offended she threw down her nail tools and stormed off. The owner came and saw that it was a bad job. Told the other girl who was doing my toe nails to finish it up. The end result was very mediocre. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time as the older lady came back and sat right across from me and starred at me. I couldn’t even wait for my nails to dry and left the place as soon as I could. Of course my nails got messed up as I tried to put on my seat belt. Never going there again!

The polish on my toes was sloppy, so I wouldn’t go back for a pedicure. My nails were a little better, but not great. They do have some good gel colors and the prices are about what you’d expect at any average nail salon. All in all, not my new local nail salon.
