Warning Crown Homeowners– Dean and Susan are awful to deal with in the warranty office. No return calls and when they supposedly come to fix issues– they don’t actually fix them. Hardwood floors were not glued properly and grout is separating from countertops in kitchen. RUN from this company= bad customer service. Call them 770−449−9890, I bet you won’t receive a return phone call.
