Illuminating Design

My husband works for this company. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! For MONTHS we have dealt with all kinds of payroll issues from incorrect information being inputed, deposits being MIA (resulting in bank fees when our checks bounced!), deposits being short and not being paid the rate they were promised. Over the XMas holiday their pay wasn’t direct deposited and no one was around to help… WHY?! BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL ON VACATION!!!
These men work HARD for this company and they are repaid with a pure disregard for the fact that their employees have lives, responsibilities and FAMILIES that count on them to provide. I AM DUE WITH OUR THIRD CHILD IN less than 10 weeks and we are facing eviction due to their mishandling of payroll. How are we supposed to survive like this?! Loyal, hard working employees and their families do NOT deserve to be treated like this.
Bill, perhaps you wouldn’t have employees STEALING from you if you paid them, stop making broken promises, stop making excuses and selling them DREAMS.
Let’s see how nice the Atlanta Botanical Gardens turn out this coming season with employees that treat you half as badly as you treat them!

I’ve seen Bill’s work on several properties, it is extraordinary. He takes pride in the quality of service and design, it truly is an art form.

Avoid at all cost. Worst experience ever! Last year I cut them some slack but to have two years of the exact same issues… lights not coming on, timers missing and bulbs poped. If that weren’t bad enough, the owner would never call us back after many promises that he would. AVOID the hassle go with some other company. My neighbors use «creative lighting» company and there’s look great.
