Best. J Crew. Ever. I don’t usually review retail or clothing stores, but I am making an exception for this store, thereby inflating the reviews even further. Located in the Forum on Peachtree Industrial, this location of J Crew is everything I could ever ask for. The expansive sale section seems to have no limit. I found a sweater that I had noticed at Perimeter Mall a day or two before in the sale section for half the price. Workers maybe aren’t the friendliest, but I got what I came here for: clothes, and at a more affordable price. I’ve picked up sweaters, business casual pants, socks, tops and more at this location for great deals — you would think this were a J Crew Factory store, but with better quality items. My new go-to J Crew store when I’m in no hurry, because sometimes the Perimeter and Lenox locations are just too convenient to pass up.

Everything is very neat and clean inside and outside. What a disappointment! The service is somewhat lacking from the manager. The associates are very attentive and friendly. The only problem I had was with the manager. Maybe she wasn’t having a great day but she shouldn’t act like that towards her customers. What’s the deal? We weren’t doing anything wrong. But she kept staring at us as if we were going to do something bad. She wasn’t smiling either. So I didn’t like that at all. We got a shirt and asked them if they could wrap it up nicely for us with nice tissue paper. The manager said they don’t give out tissue paper. Which was odd because I saw that she made the previous customer’s shopping bag look all pretty with all that tissue paper. I felt like we weren’t given 100% customer satisfaction from this J Crew location. They had very stylish women’s scarves. I love scarves! Oh and they had a sale when I went for the men’s collar shirts. Sweeeet! I also liked the colorful and beautiful women’s summer tops as well. I hope they realize that they should treat everyone equally. I’ll give this place another try and if it’s still the same, then I won’t be coming back and will tell my family and friends NOT to shop here!

I have had pretty good luck at other J Crew stores, but this one is my favorite. The associates are very good. I pretty much just ask them to find me something and they do a great job of seeing what i like and putting something together for me. Also, the J Crew clothes are really nice, of course. I love their dress pants and«chinos», the fabric, buttons, and zippers are of a much higher quality than other stores. I wish they had more sales, but this is one of the few stores where I will pay full price based on their level of service and quality of clothing.

As far as shopping in the suburbs go, this has got to be a staple. Super friendly(and helpful!) staff coupled with a spacious and clean store leads to a fun shopping environment at all times. The men’s section is visibly smaller than the women’s selection, but beggars can’t be choosers — you’ll always end up with a great find here no matter what the occasion.

J. Crew easily makes it to my top 3 favorite shops(I’ve been coming here since I was like in 8th grade — unfortunately, before they released the super cute Crewcuts), but of course, some store locations are better than others, and I think this one is one of the better ones. I usually shop online, but sometimes, it’s nice to walk around the Forum and pop inside for a treat like I did this past weekend. However, I will say that if you’re not in the more«popular» sizes(as in, not the extremes of the sizing chart), you’ll have better luck online. The staff is courteous, but not pushy(like Emily K. said); selection is solid(although sometimes, it’s a bit sparse); and I always leave with an awesome deal. I love when that happens! Yes, I walked away with a tank for $ 10.50. Yay! Hmm also, expect to bump into a lot of moms and kids.

I love this location of J.Crew. I’m the kind of shopper who likes to be left alone. Fortunately, the staff is here is helpful, but not pushy. If I need something, they’ll get me a different size or color and then leave me to my own devices. They also don’t pressure me to sign up for a credit card or any other kind of add on they might have. My only criticism would be it’s not a huge store, so their inventory sticks to the fairly basic. However, they’re willing to call another store or order something on the phone if you really want it. I highly recommend this store for the level of service and friendliness I’ve found shopping there.
