Horrible service, don’t even waste your time. I asked for a tea half and half. The jerk told me it was against corporate policy. How in the heck is it against policy to mix tea!!! He had a horrible attitude and truthfully racist and I don’t ever pull that card. Arrogant, horrible service!!!

Total incompetence. I called to place an order. The girl on the phone seemed like she had no clue what I was talking about and got someone else to help. Between the two of them I finally got my order placed and paid for. About 10 minutes later the manager called to inform me they do not actually deliver to my address and could not bring the order. We’re less than 2.5 miles from the store location but when your home with a sick kid, comfort food is key! The manager suggested I call another location that never answered the phone but he never offered any actual solutions. He should have sucked it up for his incompetent staff and brought me lunch still… won’t go back even if they do start to deliver to my address.

I called to place the order the girl that answered was completely incompetent, they placed me on hold and someone else took my order. I said I was on my way it should be 10 mins or so. When I get to the window they said I should have stopped at the previous window because they didn’t know I was there. Ok. So they are looking for my order and it is magically gone. They don’t know what happened where my sandwiches are. Now I have to wait longer for my lunch and I’m already short on time. She took $ 5 off the order although it should have been free for the wait and inconvenience.

This particular Jimmy John’s is one of the slowest I’ve ever experienced. I have eaten here twice, both with different employees taking and preparing my order. Each time, there were no customers inside, and maybe one car in front of me in the drive thru. My order was taken promptly, but the waiting for my «Freaky Fast» sub part took much longer. I’m not exaggerating when I say I waited for about 6 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Now, if this were any other food joint, I might be ok. Having worked in food service, I appreciate their hard work, but 6 min is a stretch even for«cook to order» places like Zaxbys. BUT this is Jimmy John’s. The company markets its speed as much if not more than its sandwiches. Alas, the drive thru guy slowly walked to and from the window, making my sandwich while other employees inside leaned against the counter. I’ll pass on this particular location– as I’ve been to much friendlier locations that can have my food ready before my receipt even prints(Pleasant Hill). Especially now that I’ve read the 1 and 2 star reviews of this restaurant, I will not be returning.

Sandwiches always ready super fast! Good sandwiches. They sometimes put way too much mayo on your sandwich.

can’t be silent anymore. You have been warned do no eat at the Jimmy John’s on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Norcross, GA. The first owner was known to retrieve discarded bread from the dumpsters in order to reduce food shrink. In addition, the first owner would not upgrade to the latest time clock system. It appears that the old system allowed her to adjust employee hours paying employees less money than what they worked. Jimmy Johns corporate finally found a buyer for the store, after finding that she has falsified payroll paperwork that was submitted to Corporate. Store manager terminated productive employees in order to help reduce payroll. However, the manager kept nonproductive employees that they were actively pursuing personal relations. Customers have complained that sandwiches were not made to order and delivery times took longer than indicated. There is a whole lot of stuff, but they had me at retrieving bread from the dumpster.

Was not entirely impressed. I wanted to substitute ham with turkey and they told me it was not possibe. I even offered to pay more and they refused. Sandwich was made quickly but with only one meat(I paid for ham but they would not reduce the cost) there is a jersey Mike’s across the street. I will go there next time

Jimmy Johns satisfies my cravings for a quick cold sub on soft French bread. I’ve experienced efficient and friendly drive thru service and consistency in the food. The tuna sub and the #10 Hunter’s Club(roast beef) are my go-to options. They add the right amount of mayo so it’s not oozing out of the sandwich and tossing my recent gym workout down the drain. A heads up though that if they ask if you want a pickle, you’re getting a large whole pickle for an extra charge. If Firehouse Subs was closer, JJ would be in trouble, but all is well for now.

Getting less impressed. First off the website is really inaccurate with locations and needs to be updated or something. After I put in my address the location that came up was twice as far away as the location I KNOW is about a mile away. Also, one mile is to far to deliver? Now on the Club Sandwich issue maybe I should not assume, but I thought the club was a club, not a sub. I mean they have a side that says Sub and one that says Club. I was not asked to specify bread, so they handed me over a #16 sandwich. It’s a sub sandwich on baguette, why is it on the club side? Maybe that’s me, but I thought a club sandwich was on sliced bread, not baguette. Also they sort of shoved it at me, I had to ask for a bag.

If there was 0 stars that’s a better fit. I’ve been to other Jimmy Johns but this place is rude. I made a very simple request to have my sandwich cut in ½. The girl making the sandwich either never got the message or just didn’t care. What’s worse is she could have easily handed me my sandwich where I was standing as I was the only customer in the store but she put it all the way at the other end knowing it was mine. Then when I asked for it to be cut in ½, I got the look of death as if I was just asking for the world. Wow rude rude rude. What has happened to service. I have yet to eat the sandwich so I won’t comment on the food.

RIDICULOUS. I work literally in view of this location and had ordered a sandwich, chips and drink for delivery today online at 1:06pm. They had delivered at our old address about 4 miles down the road with no problems before this, often in 10 minutes or less. I got the email quickly that they had received my order. At 2:06pm(exactly an hour after I placed my order) I called the location to make sure they had received it. The gentleman who answered said my order was made, but that they were low on drivers today so it would be another«two or three minutes» before the next driver would be there and assured me that that driver would deliver my order right then. At 2:46pm nothing had been delivered, so I called to cancel my order. I spoke with the same gentleman and he acted embarrassed for me and angry at the driver. He set the phone down to get the manager and I could hear him saying that he specifically told the driver to come to our address first and that he must not’ve listened. The manager(Bryant?) was short but nice over the phone. However, they merely just cancelled my order and said it would be a day or two before my bank accepted the refund. A coupon or something would’ve been nice. Now I have to suffer through the rest of my work day with no lunch. Hooray.

This is by far the worst jimmy johns I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s the only one on my way home, and I love jimmy johns sandwiches. While other locations practically hand me my sandwich right after I’ve paid, here it took 3 people 10 minutes to put 2 sandwiches together. It’s not rocket science! And every single time, I ask them not to put mayo in the #5, yet every time it’s slathered on there and I either have to wait another 10 minutes while they remake it, or just throw it away if I got it from the drive-thru. The crazy thing is, the #5 isn’t supposed to come with mayonnaise!!! It’s probably worth it to drive further out to get my jj fix at a different location.

My first experience with Jimmy John’s, and I was not impressed. Maybe it was a bad night, I don’t know. Bread was stale, meat was hardened, tomatoes squishy and nearly rotten, had to peel them off and throw them out. For a moment I thought they had forgotten the lettuce, but then saw there were a few strands on half the sandwich. Delivery guy was rude too. On the positive side, the chips were great.

Well… Let me upload a pic and you tell me if it’s what it’s suppose to be like… Guy said it’s the air… So I walked out like a good customer and threw it away

Even though I work about 4 miles from here they won’t delivery that far. It was about 3pm and their was two customers in front of Me they were complaining about their orders. I looked over it was kids making the sandwiches. But I like their sandwiches so much it didn’t matter. Their patio is clean and the restaurant is presentable

Horrible service on a Sunday at lunch. Two employees in the whole place, including the drive up. Every table was covered in trash, so there was no where to sit, and no one to clean it up. After i finally got my sandwich, which took nothing short of 20 minutes, it was literally the worst wrapping of an unwich ever. Freaky slow sandwich. The franchise quality assurance people would be appalled, i’m sure.

I love Jimmy John’s so I really wanted to give this more than 2 stars. I was thrilled to have Jimmy John’s and to come several times. I’ve been a couple times now, and I’m so sad that the bread wasn’t up to par. The bread was a little tough and chewy(SAD! Because one of the things I love best is the bread!) a couple of times. As well, with regard to the service, the individual who were working were quite slow. They weren’t very busy but they were taking so long to put bread together. Like I told my husband, if I had to slice the tomatoes, chop the lettuce, prep the onions, slice the peppers, etc. I understand if it takes several minutes per sandwich. I had the hardest time understanding why it took more than several minutes to prepare the sandwich. The workers weren’t in a rush(rather the opposite). Also, my husband was upset that everything was not aligned so meat was on one side, veggies on another …(this was only one time). Other times were okay. I want to give them 3 stars for having a drive thru, which all JJ’s do not have; however, due to their lack of service and tough bread(on couple occasions), I resort to giving this place 2 stars. I’m sorry, Jimmy. or John’s… but please try and get rid of the stale bread. I’ll up your stars next time if they are fresher in the future!

It wasn’t really busy or anything, but they do have a drive thru, so for that reason alone I think they should have more than one person working. He wasn’t anything friendly, but I wouldn’t be either if I were stuck working by myself in a sub joint.

I visit this drive through on a weekly basis. Service during lunch hour is fast, bread is good. They don’t dump gobs of mustard and mayo like Subway. Baked/Thinny chips are good and the place is clean.
