We drove down from MN and we were happy that we were allowed to check in at 1030am. However, after 17hrs of driving one of the highlights of choosing and staying in a hotel is the hottub! Everyone who knows us, knows we live to soak! We were duped and embarrassed at this hotel. After tromping outside in our bathing suits unable to find the whirlpool advertised, we went inside to ask staff if it was indoors somewhere. They looked at us like aliens as we stood before them in our bathing suits. «We dont have a hottub, havent in years.» We chose this location because it was a decent deal, and we thought we could soak to relax after 17hrs in the car. Had we known there was no hottub, we would have gladly paid more to find a hotel that either had a whirlpool, or that had a suite with a whirlpool in room. We were very disappointed in the false advertisement. And the 3 staff standing at the counter didnt care in the least. «We will tell our GM». No appology, they just made us feel like we made it up. I have attached screenshots from the website. Will not be back.

Nothing to complain cons: 1. you have to pull your card out of the slot very quick when you want to use the side door access try a few times and you will know what I mean

I booked through , I chose this location because it’s the closest to Netherworld, just shy of a mile from the doors. I’ve stayed here before, and know they have really good quality. Being a single traveler, I asked for a king, non-smoking room and that’s just what I got. The bed was huge and comfy. The linens were clean and crisp — though I did have to ask for a blanket as there wasn’t one provided in the room. The pillows were fluffy. There was no stale odor to the room and the carpets were even clean. Each room has a microwave and fridge provided, so that’s a plus! Paul Mitchell Hair care products are provided too — though I always bring my own. The breakfast buffet is not always included, it is ala carte and you can purchase it for $ 10.95 if you like, I didn’t want it so I opted to not have it. There’s a 24 hour coffee bar and a work station that’s available for anyone to use. They also have snacks, beer & wine for you to purchase, should you have that particular inclination.
