Mattress Firm Clearance

Lindsey was so helpful! We found our new queen pillow top mattress and clearance box spring for under $ 450 and in under 15 minutes. Definitely worth the trip from Cobb County.

My wife and I bought a mattress for our son on Thursday and we were given OUTSTANDING service by Alex!
He gave us a great deal and ended up with a free bed frame and free delivery.
The bed was delivered as promised that very evening! My son was very surprised and slept great that night!

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS STORE! The area manager (Ashley) is very rude and unprofessional! They sold me a bad mattress that was oboviously no good and after callin with no call backs… I personally went in to the store and tried to exchange it or asked if anything could be done for us regarding this bad mattress we purchased and were not able to sleep on. Ashley (Area manager) refused, basically with a «I don’t care attitude» and stated that there was nothing she could or would do about it.
Buyer beware of this store! They will smile in your face up until you buy their mattress and turn on a dime after you purchase it. I called and complained several times, they said they would call me back. I never received a call back. The main reason I believe this is a terrible store is because of the Area Manager (Ashley), who is running the store. She has a condecending attitude, nasty disposition and is extremely uppity She has no value for the customer. A word of advice… Run! Go somewhere else!!!

Searching for a new Mattress can be such a tedious task to me. So anything that can make that job easier brings a smile to my face. Yay for Groupon!
Groupon is on of my favorite discount providers and I look forward to seeing them in my inbox. I can’t tell you how many steals of deals I’ve made out with, priceless. The other day I got a deal through Groupon from The Mattress Firm. Spend $ 50 which gave us $ 200 to spend towards a mattress. I didn’t waste anytime purchasing that deal. I love how easy Groupon makes it for you too, just click the big, tempting GET THIS DEAL button… works every time.
We have several beds in our house and it was time for one of my girls to get a new mattress. Thanks to Groupon, me and The Mattress Firm had a date already paid for. We headed out to the infamous «Furniture Row» in Norcross and found the one. From the time we walked in to the time we left it took all of 15 mins. Chris (one of the GM’s) was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient; every thing I hoped for. We sat, felt, poked several mattresses in search for the right one. We even laid on a few until she found exactly what she was looking for. The process was easy as pie and a couple days later my daughter had a brand new, inexpensive (in price not quality) mattress delivered to our door. The next morning I got a good report and smiles. I think I got cool Mommy points that day!

I bought a discount mattress in this store a month ago (sep 09). The mattress had an ugly stain in a corner so it was sold with an about 30% discount with a no return policy. That was fine with me since the stain wasn’t that bad.
However, a few days after sleeping on that mattress, we realized we had BED BUGS in our Mattress Firm mattress. It was really ugly.
I complained to the manager several times but I only received really bad customer service to the point to be rude and what I feel was insulting.
I was able to take several pictures to the bugs everywhere in the mattress (had to use zoom camera) and this guy had the nerve to tell me that *he didn’t think these pictures were from the mattress he sold me*.
That was it. He doesn’t want to return it because of the ‘no return policy’ which I gladly accepted because of the stain in the mattress, not because of the BUGS in the mattress.
I feel I have all the right to get the money back. This guy was a piece of work, suggesting I made up the pictures, and that he ‘cannot do anything because it was a discount mattress’.
What resources do I have?
I have complained to corporate, I have complained to his area manager, and I am sending a report to the BBB next. And I am letting the world know that the Mattress Firm in Norcross GA is the worst business I have ever dealt with.
Please help.
And if you are looking for a mattress, I really suggest you go somewhere else. The service you are going to receive is something goes slightly bad is non-​existing.
