I just fired Omega.
They do an ok job cleaning. Nothing special.
Although they were suppose to be at my house between 8 – 8:30 they never were on time, which is ok with me they have a key and they can let themselves in, but I never had a chance to tell them to stop turning the Wallflower units up side down and letting all the liquid drain.
The billing department is terrible, and their customer service skills are terrible. The manager likes to pretend he «doesn’t understand» what you are saying but I think he does…
Atlanta offers lots of cleaning companies for cheaper than the $ 70 they charge.

I have used Omega for years. They do a fine job. They are punctual and polite and and thorough, and go beyond cleaning to small-​scale organizing, like for counter tops.

Do not use. They offer 2 services. A 2 hour and. 4 hour cleaning. The 2 hour service was horrible. They left short of the 2 hours and they didn’t even mop the floors. $ 70 for nothing. The 4 hour $ 140 service was fine but this follow up was terrible. Will not be using them again.
