Never take you truck to this shop, customer service in lacking. They Never call and give you any status reports on the progress of your truck. Was told my truck was ready but needed to be road tested which took two days to accomplish. My tractor required a simple clutch adjustment and reseal of the top plate on the transmission, called the to find out the truck was ready, (after a supposedly test driven truck I was told by two techs) turned out of the shop and the range selector won’t go from low to high. Took it back and the valve needed to be replaced. After a few days without hearing anything call them and now I need a new transmission. Ok it’s under warranty but I’ve been out of work now for Two weeks. Ok the work was done had to call them again (it has to be road tested took a day) called them they said it was ready, picked in up and the clutch is slipping and no free travel in the clutch pedal returned it once again. Talked to John Elliott who proceeded to tell me when told about the clutch and his so called road tested that whether it’s slipping depends on the driver, and his 45 years of experience, I ask how much experience you have to have to know a clutch is slipping and not to BS me! They adjusted it seems to be fine but now it won’t fast idle. Will not take it back there ever again.

As an owner operator, we went here for a standard 50K warranty service on our 2015 Freightliner. The service department tried to bill us 233% over what was quoted for the service and did bill us 153% over their original estimate for a standard service call.
Before you let them do any work to your truck, GET THE ESTIMATE IN WRITING!
