Peachtree Restorations Project Manager Wells Walker provided excellent customer service throughout our roofing project. He was always very professional and continually provided his expertise in getting the project completed. We can’t thank him enough for always providing timely updates throughout the process. He always kept us abreast of any dates/changes due to rain and other weather related delays. His information was always accurate and responses to questions were turned around very fast. Answers were clear, concise and detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly. All responses were always prompt and professional. He was very friendly and patient in helping us select the best roofing products for our home. Unbelievable customer service from beginning to end.

The new roof process started when I noticed an area of my ceiling looked stained. Within two weeks it had gotten worse and started to drip on the carpet. I had seen information for Peachtree Restorations and gave them a call. Nick Van Slyke came by that same week and checked my roof. It turns out I had wind and hail damage that I wasn’t aware of. Nick walked my roof and reported that several of my shingles had pulled loose and many more were damaged. Nick helped me with everything, and I mean everything. He worked with my insurance carrier and their insurance adjuster, developed an extremely detailed estimate for the replacement, and stayed on top of the process right through installation. Peachtree Restorations provided me a roof that meets Georgia building codes and included synthetic roof underlayment, ice and water barrier in the valleys, metal drip edge, starter shingles, lead pipe stack covers(which they painted to match the roof color), ridge cap venting and ridge shingles. They did an excellent job of clean-up from the old roof removal with magnetic rollers. Since they used GAF products, GAF provided a lifetime warranty that includes the materials and labor of installation. This warranty can be transferred one time if the home is sold. I recommend Peachtree Restorations, and Nick Van Slyke without reservation. They are the best.

This company is top notch. They covered everything from A to Z and our new roof looks amazing. They are one of the few outfits that builds to code and works with the insurance company to ensure everything’s covered. We put up a GAF American Harvest — Cedar Falls color that is hands down the sharpest roof in our neighborhood and we’ve had a lot of replacements. They are elite certified so were able to offer the highest warranty which covers materials for a lifetime and workmanship for 25 years. Highly recommended.

What can I say about these guys? This seems like the most unorganized company to deal with and I just get a shady feeling from them. First of all, they solicited door to door in our neighborhood which is a big turn off. The guy was actually a good salesman, so I decided to go with them. During the process, the guy that sold me left the company and another one showed up at my door trying to sell again from the beginning! He wasn’t even aware that we were already way down the road with them! The names kept changing throughout the entire process! After some juggling with our insurance company, we were approved and set up work to begin. They took forever to get us on the schedule, but finally the work was completed. They actually did a good job and haven’t had any problems, but then there was a problem with the payment! The insurance company sent one check upfront for half of the coverage amount. Peachtree Resto was paid, the work was completed and after an inspection by the insurance company, they sent the 2nd check. We had to pay Peachtree Restorations TWICE on the second payment! They kept losing the payment! The check never cleared so I know they didn’t do anything with the money, but they just lost the payment. TWICE! After SEVERAL months, they finally called me and I paid via credit card over the phone. The work they do is satisfactory, but between the people you deal with always changing(they must have high turnover) and the disorganization, I must say that I don’t think I’ll do business with them again.
