After renting here for a year now can say the office and most of the grounds is clean, the staff friendly enough but post cards about payments needing to be made or even letting know that «the rates have gone up» (?) won’t always to make it to your home.
Some of the units being rented here are being used for businesses instead of storage. I became concerned one evening when driving in a saw one of the units being used as a body shop /chop shop. Speaking to the office about it they agreed this shouldn’t be happening on the property but nothing has been done about it. Two months later random people are coming in and out of this unit pulling apart, rebuilding and painting cars here.
