Please note– all Georgia locations are closed. We loved this place, but felt you had to buy the membership and prepaid to make it worth it. The hairdresser was wonderful with my boys! They abruptly closed and now I’m sure many of us are out money from prepaids. Bad customer relation — a check should have been cut and sent out prior to closing or contacted us. I emailed customer service so we will see what they have to say !

I was hesitant about going due to all the bad reviews here but since it was so close to my house I decided to give it a try. The stylist was Adele and she did a great job. I brought in my 2 yr old daughter to just get a trim. She’s only gotten her hair cut once before and it was a nightmare, she cried the entire time and I had to hold her to get her hair cut… But at Snip Its my daughter was so excited and had fun there! Adele did exactly what she said she was going to do and didn’t take too much length off, which was my worry. I will definitely go back.

This salon hit bottom and is digging to China. Yesterday, my husband brings my child w/straight, easy to cut hair for a simple bang trim. She likes getting her hair done and is cooperative. She came home with bangs too short and cut at a 45-degree angle — which is not what we wanted or asked for. My husband just paid and took off to get the hell out of there. My son has sensory issues as well like another reviewer here and their patience was non-existent. His trim wasn’t quite so bad but a boy’s hair can be cut differently without the terrible outcome. Just close this place down already. We will never return.

My 2 year old has sensory issues and hates for her head to be touched. I called ahead to ask them about handling small children who are not very cooperative. The person I spoke with assured me that they were used to toodlers and would do everything they could to make the haircut go smoothly. However, when I brought my daughter in, I found that was not the case. Though we were the only ones there, we were hurried along. We weren’t given a chance to get used to the environment first, which I think would have been helpful. The stylist was very impatient and downright annoyed that my daughter kept turning her head. She snapped at me to make my 2 year old be still. I tried my best, but her attitude raised my stress levels which I’m sure my daughter sensed. The result was a not quite even cut and a lot of tears. It’s not worth paying someone for an experience like that. I understand that my daughter wasn’t very cooperative, but I felt like any stylist working with children should be much more patient with situations like that. I was disappointed and will not be returning.

We were told a 45 minute wait and it ended up being 1 hour 45 minutes which is an extremely long wait for a child. By the time we got our turn my child was exhausted and miserable. Other parents around us were very upset with the wait as well. The receptionist at the front desk was also not polite over the phone or in person. Lastly, the price for a toddler cut was much higher than any other place we have been to. We will NOT be returning.

Cute place to Get kids haircuts. Buy the membership, it’s the best deal. No reservations required unless you plan a party.
