Made an appointment with Hicks. Rearranged kids’ rides to school and work schedule to be home for appointment. 15 – 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time I finally get him on the phone and guy says, «I can’t make it this morning. Sorry, I should’ve called.» Thanks for everything.
