We a family of 4 were relocated to a corporate apartment due to a flood caused by our plumber and covered by their insurance. We arrived to find a clean apartment, but poor cable connections and mattresses on metal bedrails with poor support. Our son found the couch better to sleep upon the first night. We contacted the property management company on the second day who said box springs would be delivered on the third day of our stay and the cable would be fixed that day. When we contacted Comcast due to no technician showing, they stated that the appointment was never made and that a follow up appointment could be made for the 3rd day. They had specifics related to who at TP initiated the call and the call back numbers of those persons to confirm the technician was on route. TP Customer service is lackluster and untrustworthy at this point. Any displaced family does not need this stress added to their situation. You might consider Fred Lemons & Associates or Post Corporate Apartments if you need to prepare food in home.

Needed an apartment and Jennifer was AWESOME in finding exactly what I wanted. They go out of their way to accommodate the client. I am very happy. Hope never to be relocated from my own house. But if I do, TP Lodging is the place I’d be staying. THANKS, GUYS!

Our company needed a two bedroom apartment in Dunwoody area so I researched and found TP corporate and one more company.(which I would not name here) I contacted them both and TP corporate replied very quickly with a very friendly and pleasant reply with several options. They were great from the beginning!, whether you reach them by email or phone, anyone who answers my calls there were all very nice and most of all, «J.M.»!! I call her by her initial because I don’t know if she feels comfortable with her name on here, she made my job easier. Honestly, when my supervisor asked me to search for a fully equipped apartment, I started having headaches because I thought I had to hunt somebody down to get detailed information on top of a ton of questions, but not her. She would very quickly reply me and answered my many questions, lol. Best of all, my manager liked the place so much and was quite impressed with how quickly all the furnitures and equipments were placed. She listened and tried to work with us as much as possible. Thank you Jennifer! Oops I said it

This company had a total disregard for me as a customer. I needed lodging and did not know exactly how long I would need it, so I contacted TP Corporate. This was a big mistake. They did place me in a nice community, but the apartment was not that nice. The furniture was threadbare and the carpets were dirty. Some of the linen also was not clean. When I contacted the guest services person, I was told that the dirty carpet would be cleaned and that I would be brought clean linen and a clean blanket. We set up an appointment for a specific day. The day before the appointment date, I happened to call about another matter, and was told that someone would be dropping the items off that day. I reminded the guest services person that I had requested in a conversation with her that noone enter the apartment while I was not there, because I had items that I did not want compromised. This showed a definite disregard for what I wanted. I requested to speak with the manager and was connected with the operations manager who was on the defensive immediately without even hearing what I had to say. I will not recommend this company to anyone nor use them again.

We’ve only been here a month and have had NUMEROUS issues with our unit: stove not working, clogged shower, loud banging coming from HVAC unit, leak from above unit’s bathroom. Then the clincher-we went away for the night and came home to 50+ bees in our apartment. Mulch had been laid and there were bee eggs that hatched and found their way into our apartment through a vent. Luckily my husband went home before me and our infant twins. I was not able to go home with babies not knowing were a swarm of bees came from. I contacted Billy Cochran, Director of Ops, about comping us one day’s rent since I was not able to reside in the unit. He stated that the apartment had 48 hrs to fix issues(he listed issues as being cable or internet out, NOT a swarm of bees in the apartment.) You would think that they would comp us $ 86 to show they value us as customers but unfortunately that didn’t happen. The unit was nothing like the pictures, we had old formica, old appls, and a worn carpet.
