I followed the company’s policies and procedures. I paid my rent on time. My unit was raided by RATS at no fault of my own! I had no food in my unit. The managers solution to solving the issue was giving me another unit in replacement of the one I had, having me move the stuff myself, I could use their truck but I would have to pay for gas. I put my trust in this company by storing my personal belongings there and rats destroyed it… okay insurance company will help what has been destroyed but what about company loyalty to their consumers! I had to take off work to try to move my things and you allow me to use the truck but I have to pay for gas… wow thanks, in that case keep the truck! keep the unit! This happened a year ago but it happened at this location and I still will never do business with any Uncle Bob’s EVER!

We just stopped by during business hours and the OFFICE WAS CLOSED. We had forgotten our gate code and could not get assistance. Luckily we remembered it and got access. Our items have been stored around 2 months and we have RODENT DAMAGE to our $ 2500 couch and who knows what other items. Very upset.

This place was fine for a few months but now that I’ve had some things there for about a year I’ve recently found holes chewed into some bags and rodent droppings. I moved the things I had into plastic containers.
The reason I’m here… earlier this week, I got a call at 6pm telling me that the night before, someone had had broken into a bunch of the units, mine being one. I didn’t have time to get there before the closed to check my locker. I should have been notified immediately, not the end of the day. They told me they didn’t think anything was stolen. They were very unconcerned, it seemed, and told me I needed a better lock. I bought the lock from them. Well, this was Tuesday, it’s now Thursday and I’ve been by there twice and no one was in the office or on the property and I’ve called and gotten a busy signal. I’ve found a new storage facility, its just a matter of getting my things out at this point.
