My first time visiting Which Wich will certainly not be my last. I stopped by with a friend to pick up lunch. We couldn’t dine in because we had kids to pick up and I was worried about the wait since they heavily promoted online ordering. Fortunately they prepared our sandwiches quickly and the staff was extremely friendly. I purchased the Wicked after reading some reviews and was delicious. I warmed it up at the suggestion of the staff and it was delicious. The medium was really big so I was able to take home half of the sandwich for my husband. I will definetly be back with the kids and can’t wait to try different sandwiches.

I love the sandwiches here. I usually order the Wicked. It’s So big you only need to order the small size and you will be full. I love how you can customize to your own liking. Honest staff who are always keeping it clean. Very fresh ingredients. Join their VIBE club for rewards!

I love this place. I just found out about it. It’s a better Subway IMO. The bread and meat taste much better. They have a pretty varied selection of meats and as well as toppings. You can get 3 different sizes(6, 1014 inches I think). The location has a lot more seating than you’d expect since it’s a long shop. They can seat close to 25 I would say. The workers are friendly and helpful. This is my go to lunch place.

Not my first Which Wich experience, but first at this location. They are representing. While deciding on, well, you know, the server asks if I ‘know how it works.’ A peace offering to what a newbie might find an overwhelming array of options. Essentially in Which Wich if you get a boring sandwich it’s because you lack imagination! The menu is laid out according to numbered bags which represent protein or protein less options. Then you customize the Wich to your individual cravings. The options are literally so numerous you could eat here everyday for the rest of your life and never have the same sandy. The entrapments were fresh, the service was pleasant and helpful and the speed of delivery timely. Finish it off with the typically sandwich shop mantra ‘chips & a drink.‘ The restroom are a little tricky at this location as you’re ushered out the back of the restaurant and down a corridor to what appears to be communal facilities with other businesses. It’s unorthodox, but clean and as accommodating as, well, it’s a bathroom FGS. When your hungry but indecisive, give these folks a try. A remember if you’re not 100% satisfied, enroll in a creativity class as your local community college.

Awesome place! The sandwiches are col and I like how you can write your orders instead of saying then. I get the Pepperoni Pizzawich every time I go and it’s really good!

love this place for lunch — sandwiches(or bowls) always filled and ingredients fresh — great to ‘make your own’ …

I am a huge fan of the caprese salad sandwich toasted on wheat bread. It’s one of their vegetarian options. I want to try new things, but it’s so good I can’t stray! With my full stamp card(buy 10 get 1 small sandwich free), I got a medium sandwich(10.5 inch) and drink for $ 4.60. It was perfect. :) love their stamp card system, it works through different locations.

As stated in someone else’s review, this place IS better than Subway. Before I start, I wanted to point out that when my family and I went, the tables were dirty even though there weren’t any costumers. Other than that, this restraunt is pretty good. I got a vegetarian sandwich on white bread. It was really delicious. Except for that one table issue. I think this restaurant is very good for anyone. Enjoy!

Which wich has really gone down in terms on sandwiches and customer service. I order a turkey sandwich, cold, with various toppings on it. When I got my sandwich,(and left), I found it was toasted(not what I wanted) and had different meats on it than what I did want. I dont understand how someone cannot follow simple requests on a paper that has written information on it for you. A really simple job. I was really unhappy with my sandwich but ate it anyway because I didnt want to go back. Plus, there was one guy who I felt disgusted by when he made my sandwich. Totally not following health code standards. His hair is unkept by his hat, meaning its spilling out everywhere with no hair net. Plus!!! His beard was too long, long to the point that it will touch sandwiches! Do you want a guy like that making your sandwiches? Hell no. At least put hair nets on it then I would be fine… or shave it off! Hello! You work in a food business not a a tattoo parlor. When their service changes… probably not, then I might considering going back. I mean they have a really great concept in how you want your sandwich. But their customer service is lacking style. Sorry which wich, but I rather walk next door to Atlanta Bread Co and get a sandwich!

I had been to this location maybe once or twice and I was never super happy with my sandwich because they are lacking in flavor. On par with Larry’s subs and not as good as subway or publix. Well one day on a lunch break from work i decided I would try the place again. I got a turkey sandwich with a lot of veggies, but it was pretty simple. I got all the way back to work with only 10 mins left to eat and realized that my order was wrong! HOW is it possible to get an order wrong when I literally spelled it out for you on the bag you put it in??! details: missing some toppings, and they toasted it when I wrote I didn’t want it toasted(I was wondering what was taking so long– I had to wait almost 10 mins for it to be ready!) I was so confused as to how they could have messed this up(there was also no line in the store at the time) that I called them and they apologized and said I could come back and they would make me a new sandwich for free. SO next day I went back(no time left during my lunch break) and i ordered the exact same sandwich. I got back to work and the order was wrong AGAIN. I didn’t even bother calling again because I just won’t be back for a generally bad sandwich as it is, especially with so many other options nearby.

Came by at 750 pm to order a light dinner. Before I could walk in an employee came out and handed me a take home menu for tomorrow because they were«closing soon». I then went next door and to my surprise when I came back… Two men were able to get in no problem. This was about 757pm… Another guy just walked in at 803pm and they said nothing to him. Will NEVER go to this location. That’s just disrespectful, I highly doubt it will take you ten minutes to make a cold sandwich… And then let people in after me.

Which Wich makes a mean sandwich and they let you customize your own, which is totally rad. I love sandwiches, but nothing pisses me off more than not being able to have what I want on my sandwich. That may be a bit dramatic… I can’t think of any type of sandwich topping that Which Wich does not make available. Avocado, spicy pepper mix, olive salad, and hummus to name a few. The set up is pretty genius. You walk in, grab your own sandwich bag which is labeled with all of the toppings they offer and you check off what you want. Then, the sandwich gurus design your custom creation. The varieties and possibilities are endless. My favorite is the probably the black bean burger. It’s a hot sandwich and I slather it with all the good stuff. It can be messy to eat, but it’s worth it. The portions are rather large, even for the smallest sandwich size. This location is actually the only one I have been to. I know there are a few others in the Atlanta area but I generally only visit for lunch and this is convenient for lunch during the work week. They do get very busy during the prime time lunch hour and it can be difficult to find a seat so I usually go when I am taking a late or early lunch.

Never disappointed. They have any combo sandwich you can imagine and various sizes. This is the Burger King of sandwich shops in that you can whatever you want they way you want it. I love the double meat Philly with au ju on the side or the Wicked!

I’ve never been here before. My siblings were hungry after their workout at LA Fitness. We couldn’t make up our mind on where to eat at, so we finally decided to try Which Wich. Both of my sister and brother tried it. My mom and I haven’t. Perfect. So we walked inside. It was pretty laid back looking. Some tables at the far back, then there was one tv at the very end of the room towards the back. There were at least three girls working. There was a spinner with numbers on it. Also a brown paper bag with what you wanted in your sub sandwich. There were options such as wheat or white bread, toasted or not toasted, lists out what kind of dressing, sauces, vegetables, meats. all kinds of stuff! There were also red markers you could use to mark your orders. I wanted something not too heavy. So I went with the regular(7-inch) sub, Tomato & Avocado. I didn’t add any meat to this sub. Meat makes me feel bloated and heavy. So I stuck with veggies! The avocado was really mushy! Yummy ripe avocados are AWESOME! I also added provolone cheese(it was REALLYREALLY thin), not many spinach either, not much of anything except for the avocado. so that was a downer. Whoever made my sub was a slacker! Because I remember I marked on the paper that I wanted spinach, provolone cheese, mushrooms(I only saw one or two slices of thin mushrooms), and balsamic vinegrette dressing(never adding this again, because it made my sub taste weird and sour. didn’t match at all with my veggie sub). The regular sub by itself was $ 5.25 without tax. Now with tax it was $ 5.57. Not bad at all. The only bad thing I didn’t like about this place was that there were many flies flying around the restaurant and that thought of flies on the vegetables made me feel sick to my stomach. Luckily, I didn’t get sick. I hope they do something about the flies there. Or I won’t be coming back to this place. And another thing, was that they didn’t stuff my sub. it looked so plain with only the avocado in it. there were suppose to be more of the veggies I listed on the paragraph above.

Hooray for some make-up sex! I hear its the best. I wouldn’t know since I’ve never had a boyfriend long enough to break up and get back together, but I digress… All I know is Which Wich and I had a fight. They let me down and I was very unhappy with our relationship. They apologized, brought me flowers, and now everything is rainbows and unicorns again. The franchise owner reached out to me and gave me some insight into why they don’t offer online ordering. I thought it had something to do with the associated technology costs. Apparently it’s even more simple. Which Wich is only doing that in select cities. Hopefully Atlanta will be in the next few months. Until then they’ve agreed to keep my order on the wall in the office. Whenever I want a sandwich I just call them up(instead of emailing or faxing) and they’ll have it ready. Our new process has worked really well. On one of my recent visits I noticed they wrote my name on the bag and added a smiley face. Awe. It’s important to care and the employees here probably care more than required. That makes all the difference.

Totally underwhelming. They have minimal vegetarian options, and I was not very happy with the mozzarella/basil sammy. The prices are high, and the quality is not up to par. I will not be back.

Let me start by saying that i“m not normally a sandwich kind of guy — I usually opt for platters, a «real meal» at a sit-down restaurant or if I’m in a hurry hit Chic Fila or Wendys in a pinch. Once in a blue moon I’ll grab a $ 5 foot long, but most of the time a sandwich just isn’t enticing enough for me — if the ingredients are good I’d rather get a salad, especially a chef or cobb(not that most of those sandwich places have very good salads — they usually don’t with the tired iceberg lettuce, etc). In any case, I didn’t have any expectations of Which Wich but it’s fairly close to my new job — I had the pleasure of experiencing it yesterday for lunch. When I walked in I was a bit lost — you know how it is — first time in a place and you’re looking around — I didn’t take time to read the directions posted on the wall — luckily once I got my bearings it was a fairly easy process. You grab a paper bag with the sandwich name on it — write your name with a sharpie and choose any of the options — pretty straight forward. You then take it to the counter to pay. It surprised me to see so much grousing on Unilocal regarding this process — REALLY??? Buncha whiners. Anyway I tend to like it on the hot side and got their mack-daddy sandwich — called the«Wicked» — it had 5 meats on it — and piled on spicy mustard, lettuce, tomato, low cal mayo and jalepenos — this all came on a toasted wheat hoagie style bun. What can I say — it was quite tasty and very satisfying. I’m definitely visiting again. The only negatives — the price of the 6″ sandwich was higher than what you find in the more common chains(especially when compared to a $ 5 foot long at Subway) and it was quite noisy(don’t sit in the back if you can help if, especially if there are screaming kids back there). The sandwich, chips and drink were still under $ 10. Now if they’d just come out with some coupons I’d be a happy camper. Next time I’m trying the shakes, especially after reading some of the reviews — seems I missed out!

Went here with a friend who really likes this place(but he’s a vegetarian, what does he know? I kid, I kid) He always gets the black bean patty sandwich, which looked pretty good. I got excited to see pesto and decided to go with the Caprese sandwich. What I didn’t realize is that you have to pick your brown bag and mark down what you want on it; the sauce, the veggies, etc. I wasn’t expecting this and it left me a bit flustered; what if I pick the wrong items?! What if I make a terrible sandwich?! Sigh, the pressure was on. Well, I turned out to not pick a very good combination. I enjoyed my Caprese sandwich with caramelized onions and oregano, but it definitely needed some more flavor, or maybe just some salt. For some reason, it also made me crazy thirsty. My friend also got a bag of chips, and I couldn’t get over how tiny the bag was. I haven’t never seen such a small portion of chips for $ 1! Not to mention it was inside another bag in the bag… hm. They weren’t bad though; salt and peppered potato chips. My friend insisted that he didn’t like the place the first time either because it takes some time to figure out what you like on your sandwich but once you do, you’ll love it. Overall, the prices is very good for what you get. I wouldn’t mind coming here to try something else, but then again, I might be more inclined to seek out a Roly Poly or Chipotle instead.

From SPAM with Cheez Whiz to muffulettas, caprese, and gyros, if you can legally put it inside bread, you’ll probably be able to buy it here for $ 5.25. The mostly fixed price(except for double meat or cheese, or avocado) allows you to run wild with the toppings. I opted for a caprese(mozzarella, pesto, tomato) with double mozzarella(adding $ 1). Then I loaded it down with red onions, olive salad, cucumbers, and the like. Jodi had a roast beef with horseradish mayo, coleslaw, and a few other things I’ve forgotten about. She enjoyed a strawberry malted, while I opted for water. But I got my own back when, unsatisfied by the size of my wich, I ordered another. This time it was tomato and avocado, which doesn’t cost an extra dollar for some reason. Steer clear of the«house» potato chips, which bore a striking resemblance to rebagged Kettle Cooked chips. But the next time I’m hungry in this neighborhood, I will definitely be heading back to Which Wich?. Next time I think I’ll go for the hummus with tzatziki…
