21st Street Pavilion

This is a very nice little strip mall in Ghent. It really makes me want to live in Ghent so could walk here easily.
There are 2 barber shops, a couple restaurants, and a couple other shops here with a frozen yoghurt shop across the street. You’re also within walking distance of a bunch of other stores and restaurants.
With the continued effort to gentrify Ghent and add on a Norfolk art district this place will continue to grow and improve.
