Carpet One Carpet World

As promised, here is the updated review of my experience with Carpet World:
Despite my indecisive nature, I finally chose carpet and vinyl to compliment my needs for our home. After choosing, they completed the work within the week. They did a great job laying the carpet and vinyl. There were no lumps in the carpet and the quarter round for the vinyl was applied very well. I love these guys and will continue to seek them for my flooring needs in the future.

We have had a terrific experience working with Carpet One and their lead customer service representative, Desiree. We first heard about the company through a family member and decided to give them a try. The staff is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable about their products. If they do not know the answer to something they do not hesitate to look it up for us. We trusted them with installing wall to wall carpeting for our newborn baby’s nursery and we couldn’t be happier. The installation was professional and quick. Now we are looking into installing wall to wall carpeting in our family room for our little one to crawl around in and we automatically knew we would be going back to Carpet One.

We walked in and Desiree greeted us immediately. We were just browsing, but when we had a question, she was right there to help. Once we decided on a carpet, she set everything up and we had it installed by the end of the week.
The installers were very professional and did an outstanding job in a timely manner. I even received a follow up call later that day from a manager asking if I was pleased with the product and install; not many businesses do that anymore.
However, one of the things we liked about Carpet World was that they had more «in stock» items than Lowe’s or Home Depot, which is great if you’re in need of carpet quickly. The «in stock» items are quality, name brand carpets at an. Unbelievably low price. I highly recommend going to Carpet World before going anywhere else!
