So after reading the reviews on Unilocal,I decided to bring my precious laptop here for a quick fix. When I called Sal and describe to him what my issue was, he was able to give me a pretty good diagnoses(I’m pretty good with computers myself and I was thinking it was the same thing but needed that second opinion) over the phone and an estimate of what it’s going to cost. He wasn’t in by the time I went to the store but he had his buddies there watching the store until he got back. They were funny! like buddies from the neighborhood that act like they’ve known you forever. I had to keep calling up to the store to find out if Sal got my laptop that I dropped off with his friends. He whined up not coming back to the store so I didn’t get any calls until the next day.(Nerve reckoning bc remember it’s my precious laptop with pictures and videos and work stuff!) Anyways when I finally got my computer Sal apologized and the issue was exactly what he told me over the phone and the cost stayed the same. He’s smart! He was very friendly & professional. He can do it all– fix printers, tablets, phones, computers etc. I would definitely go back, he will be my go to person. He just needs to be a little better with communication. Turn around was pretty quick too!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having a great interaction with Sal, the owner/technician for CompuSpot. My laptop which is only about 3 years old, had been running suuuuper slow and was also giving me random pop-ups requesting the administrator password. I was able to talk to Sal, drop off my laptop on my lunch break and it was ready for me by the time I left work @ 5pm. Sal also installed anti-virus protection for me at no addt’l charge to prevent future problems. He let me know exactly what my issue was(virus and malware). Going forward, I’ll definitely know where to go for all my future PC needs. Keep up the good work Sal!
