First time here. I would prefer pita pit over this place. I just couldn’t get into it.

Tried this location for the first time yesterday, tried to order online but the online ordering section of the site was down… le sigh… Went in. only a couple people were there, the staff was upbeat & friendly, placed my order… took about 5 minutes for it to be ready(not a problem at all) the sandwich was yum! Definitely stopping by this location again

Firehouse subs — awesome! The quality of the food and tste is great. This particular location — meh. I had to contact c.s. online for a small issue I had and the woman I communicated with by email was so nice. There is a newer location closer to me at Wards Corner and will likely be my go to spot. TIP: on the day of your birthday, stop in with your ID and you get a free sub!

Overpriced for what you get and this location has painfully SLOW service. As in, I waited 15 minutes for a sub when I was the only customer there.

I’m a grinder girl, however I’m NOT a hot, toasted sandwich person(don’t judge). Firehouse Subs is the perfect go between for me. The bread isn’t toasted, but the meat and cheese is gently steamed to perfection — love it! I also love the shelf of hot sauces to add to your sub too. I find it to be a little on the expensive side if you add chips and a drink, but definitely a good sandwich.

I Stopped by the Firehouse Subs(In The MacArthur Center Mall) for some lunch. I ordered The #10 — Brisket Sub. When I got the sub I took a few bites… it was INCREDIBLE. The Brisket was perfect… the sauces were the BEST I ever tasted on a sub and the bread was fresh. I spent $ 11 on lunch but it was ABSOLUTELYWORTHIT. So worth it that I stopped by today and got the Brisket again. Thank you for some amazing lunches Firehouse.

Two fellows were sitting in a coffee shop… suddenly the Town’s Fire Alarm went off … one jumped up and headed for the door … his friend shouted, «Hey, Tom, I didn’t know you were a fireman!» Tom replied, «I’m not, but my girlfriend’s husband is…» So Firehouse in my opinion is the best chain sub joint in the area.(Don’t get«hosed» by subway, jimmy john’s, zero’s, jersey mike’s etc.) My go to is the New York Steamer and although the price of a combo including said sandwich will likely leave a steamer in the backside of your shorts, to me it’s worth the laundry bill! Also they have the god’s gift to soda heads in the make your own concoction machine. The Cherry Lime Aid that this thing puts out easily«extinguishes» any of their multiple hot sauces that they have available. Last but certainly not least, their Dalmatian will make a Donation on your birthday. A FREESUB! Now«Let me Show you Something»!!!
