Little of the owners response is accurate. This is the very thing I’m talking about, all excuses and no results after he gets his money.
IT friends tell me this should have been a very simple repair and that I was ripped off. They can’t believe he kept my laptop. If it was so old and worn, why would he keep it for payment. Ridiculous.
I wish I could give negative stars but the app won’t let me.
