Ghent Custom Cleaners

Picked up a Ralph Lauren cotton shirt they cleaned and pressed, along with other items, and hung them in my closet. When I was ready to wear the shirt, I noticed numerous brown colored stains on the back and front, including a spot on the collar. The shirt still had the cleaners tag stapled to one if the button holes, so I took it back to show the shirt to them and see what they could do to try and fix the problem they obviously created when they cleaned it. They refused to accept responsibility and offered no options. We have been bringing our cleaning there for many years, and the staff was never friendly, but they appeared to be efficient. This unsatisfactory experience was not what we expected and as a result, we will NOT be returning and will seek another cleaner.

They don’t even want to TRY with stains or alterations half the time. I really need to find a new place that wants to do something more than just wash and press.

A little pricier. But I am always always always pleased with the results! Very professional staff. The clothes when returned, always end up looking better than when I first purchased it! You get what you pay for here. I’ve been to a few other dry-​cleaners and I’ve been disappointed with most of them. So glad I found Ghent Custom Cleaners :)

6÷19÷15 took my dress whites here. Looked terrible when I picked them up and the cost was astronomically high. Owner also came up to the counter with a mouth full of food chewing and talking to me at the same time.

Used this dry cleaner during my many trips to Norfolk. Very honest and nice owners. Love the little extras (i.e., tissue in suit sleeves, buttons holds, etc.) they provide. I noticed they use environment-​friendly detergent.
