Hardee’s

there is a big problem all of there drinking cups are soft don’t hold drinks. i pick up my drink and then it folded in my hands. i was dam mad it spilled everywhere i was hot! and upset! trying to have a drink. hardee’s need to fix there problems and get better drinking cups that do not fold in half in your hands!!.

Ordered the velveta melt with bacon. Got a cheeseburger. Not happy but too hungry to go back.

First time at this Hardee’s and I was very surprised at how good it was for fast food. The parking lot was clean of debris.
When I entered it was very dead and no line at the cash register. The man at the cash register went out of his way to provide a very friendly greeting. A missed opportunity was not asking if the order was for here, or to go. I did discuss that I was in a hurry and it ended up coming out in a to go bag when eating in. The cashier made a great recommendation on the chicken finger combo which saved some money.
The dining room was clean, all the tables were clean and no debris was observed coming out of the trash cans. I also visited the restroom prior to eating and found the facilities to be spic and span as well.
The food was delivered to the table quickly, however the server never picked up the order number card. These cards are give for in dining room orders, so there must have been a mix up.
I did notice a black woman who I think was a manager raise her voice for several seconds to a staff person. I am unsure what was going on, but it was not appropriate.
The meal was served hot and delicious. I would come back when in the area.
