Open late, my order was freaky fast and accurate. Friendly people, too. Love JJ’s subs!
Only four stars because I didn’t get the «As Good As It Gets» feel.

Always crowded and a bitch to get a seat but yummy :) so easy solution get their super fast delivery! This please does tend to be a bit dirty but oh well it’s good!

I read the reviews and gave their sandwich the Pepe a try. It was better then I thought. The delivery was quick. The French bread was very good and the ingredients and condiments had a great taste. Also the chips were very good (salt and vinegar). I would definitely eat their sandwich again.

Great friendly and fast phone service as well as delivery. The subs are always great and fresh and the kettle cooked chips go so well with them. Love it for lunch while at work.

Staying at a hotel and didn’t feel like going out so ordered a club sub for delivery. It was there in a matter of minutes. I paid a dollar more for sub than the menu price, not sure what that was about. Sandwich was fresh and had good flavor. Nothing fancy just a good sandwich.

Oh heck ya! Lettuce wrapped roast beef with spicy mustard… hot peppers… cheese…
sounds simple but, it’s awesome.
No gluten. no carbs. pure deliciousness… affordable AND the staff there is pretty cool.
I like the place to hang out as well… just go. Do it!

I would like to think that my office keeps this location in business ;-). At least one person is ordering from here each week, sometimes daily. I have even used them for quick meetings/​special events for catering.
They’re incredibly fast, subs are always fresh, & the online menu couldn’t be easier to customize. The delivery dudes are always super nice too. I’ve never actually been inside this location, but it’s perfect for takeout!

I love Jimmy John’s. The bread is always nice and soft and fresh. The other thing I like about jimmy John’s over Subway is they are way more generous with the meat and cheese. They also offer a lot bigger variety of sandwiches, sides and toppings.
One of my favorite things to get is the pickle, I usually get it cut into quarters because it is usually a very large Dillpickle.
Just like the commercial says the subs will arrive your location way faster than you think possible. The one thing you should remember is to get them to cut your sandwich in half because they will not normally do it unless you ask.
If you are ordering multiple sandwiches ask them to write the persons name or what type of sandwich it is on the outside of the rapper, on numerous occasions the sandwiches have shown up and we have to open it to figure out who sandwiches which, it’s usually not that difficult but it is a mild inconvenience.

Jimmy John’s does a lot of things well. Speed and accuracy are two of those things. I frequently order from them. My daughter is crazy for the tuna sub. I prefer one of the clubs (turkey and bacon) on their nine grain bread, or the turkey tom on french. The menu is short and sweet with chips, cookies, and drinks rounding it out. The bbq chips are crazy good… everyone I know who’s tried them gets them again and again. I do think JJ’s can get a bit pricey (hence the four stars) but the sandwiches are always fresh and delivered quickly, and if you’re one person ordering, it’s nice to be able to order something that can be delivered for under ten bucks.

The California club is a decent sandwich, the only one I get. HOWever… It’s smaller than a 5 $ Subway footlong. One sandwich can run you over 6 bucks, not including a drink and chips. Expect to wait a total of all 45 seconds and your order is up. If you are in a rush, and reallyyyyy need a quick bite, this is the place to go. If you aren’t in a rush, then go somewhere else downtown where you can get more variety for your money.

I ordered the tuna sub and was very pleased with the quality of the sandwich. Delivery was quick and easy and the delivery person was very polite and friendly. Sandwiches are priced right but I think drinks and chips are a little over priced. Still a good value and great food.

Boring sandwich. Uhhhh, why did I bother.

We went at the conclusion of Beer Fest. I had only been to one other Jimmy John’s since moving to Virginia in November (one time at that).
I had my fav sub-​Slim 2, double beef, add bacon.
Here’s what I expect out of Jimmy John’s…
Good quality ingredients, knowledgeable enough staff, and fast service. They had all of this in spades. They also had a tremendous amount of patience, self restraint, and understanding… they were working at a location that was stumbling distance from the Beer Fest. Everyone working that day gets a gold star.
This location is exactly what I expect out of a Jimmy John’s. It just happens that the chain is also my go to fast food place-there’s been countless gigs where Jimmy Johns has been either on my way/​during sound check dinner or post show grub.

I order delivery from this location all the time & I love it! They deliver inside the mall, and it’s always crazy fast & super delicious. Tip: adding cucumbers, oil&vin, and/​or oregano is free!

Their sub sandwich was flat as a pancake and crap. Out of all the sub chains out there this was by far the most disappointing. Never again.

subs are very tasty and not overpriced. they also have a location in alexandria which is closer to me than va beach.

I was looking for a different sandwich shop posted on Unilocal which I learned had moved when I ran across Jimmy John’s. All I can say is «wow.» I had the Turkey Tom which was ready before I even finished paying for it. The bread was incredibly soft and still warm from the oven. The turkey and trimings were as fresh as you can get. I would eat there again and again.
