If you get an order wrong 3 times and then make the person wait in their car by the sidewalk for you to get it right then you DEFINITELY do not deserve $ 15 an hour wages.

My mom and I stopped through at 10 am last Saturday. We just wanted drinks after stopping at the library to drop some books off. Their was no line and the wait was long. Then the man at the drive-​through didn’t even say anything or look at us as he passed me my lemonade (very sour I might add) and didn’t hand us any straws so then we had to wait for those.

I don’t think I will come here again. I was standing at the register for 5+ minutes waiting to be helped, while there were 4 employees standing 10 feet away laughing and having a good time ignoring me. I finally lost my patience and said «can I please be helped over here?» What I got instead of help was a girl who threw me a dirty look, sighed, and proceeded to give me an attitude while I placed my order. Sorry for intruding upon your fun time and making you work, lady.

Obviously management has changed. I love nearby and avoided this location for years do the point that I would drive all the way down Tidewater Dr just so I didn’t go here. I had such bad service a couple years ago that a manager was even yelling at my friend and it was 10 seconds from being physical.
Fast forward to 2014. My daughter came home and said she had great service and something has changed. I went yesterday for a meal and there were manners and you’re welcome and thank you. How refreshing. It may seem like a simple gesture. But it’s important. And I saw a sign in the back about good customer service
Nice. I will keep trying this location again. It’ll save me mucho gas money :-)

seems like everytime i order from here my order is messed up. i order iced coffee and get hot coffee. I have ordered a plain McDouble and very specific no cheese, no condiments just meat and roll, i get the order home and its fully dressed. the ticket on the burger has my specifications but NO. This has happened to me on several times. only plus is the staff is friendly. All i want is for my order to come correct

Worst McDonald’s in history. I almost never escape drive thru without going in to fix an error they made on my order. Once had a hamburger with no beef on the bun.
