McDonald’s

Worst McDonalds ever. Slowest service. Took 15min+ just to get ONE order of hash brown’s made. Fast food? Apparently not here.

Curt service and incorrect orders.
Not that anyone reads reviews of McDonald’s before they pull in for a quick bite to eat; but if you’re one of those people, you could definitely find a better McDonald’s elsewhere.

First of all… it IS McDonald’s not a fancy restaurant complete with table linen and silverware for every course.
The food is fast. It fills the need. I’ve never had issues with my order or the attentiveness of the staff. They are there to serve as quickly and as efficiently as possible, not become my friend. :-)
All in all, the restaurant is clean, the food is cooked and the staff efficient. The only real complaint. The bathroom is gross. It needs to be deep steam cleaned and the tiles sealed with an industrial polymer because for some reason, some men can’t reach the urinal.

worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. disgusting the staff are always on there phone, always mix up orders, had burgers with no meat in it, cold burgers etc. do yourself a favor and stay away from here

Went their on the way to a friends house, ordered from drive thru, was told to wait in parking for my order, waited over 15 minutes. I noticed there was no one in drive thru anymore, so went inside to see if my order was ready, only to find out that order had not been prepared or even started. When I asked about my order in detail I was told we already gave you your order. Staff was not polite at all, as I waited another 15 minutes for them to finish a 2 cheeseburger meal. Not a very happy customer.

This McDonald’s is McFucked up!!! Employees seem to be angry because they have to work, they don’t greet anyone, and to top it off when you tell them they forgot to place something in the bag… they give attitude.

Every time I go to this location and ask for a McFlurry, the ice cream machine is broken. Doesn’t matter if its at lunch or in the evening, a workday or weekend, that infernal machine is not working. They’ve got one inside the place, I’ve seen it behind the counter, but I’m ALWAYS told its being repaired or cleaned. When I want a McFlurry, I have to drive all the way down East Little Creek to the other McDonald’s that’s near the Amphibious Naval Base.
I don’t claim to be an expert on McDonald’s, but I’ve noticed this particular building hasn’t been modernized to the company’s latest standards. It’s most recent upgrade was one of those McCafe Cappuccino machines, but it lacks the free WiFi or updated interior seating that you find at newer and more successful locations. The eating area is mostly clean, but I strongly recommend staying away from the corner that has the restroom. It tends to stink, and sometimes you’ll see some strange people sitting there. Don’t get me wrong: they don’t bother anyone and keep to themselves, but I’d rather not be in the same room with them if I can help it. For some reason they don’t sit at the tables facing the registers, and that area has better natural lighting, so it all works out for the best.

Very slow. Found a chunk of broken plastic in my frappé. The food is always cold and the employees in the drive through were extremely rude

Honestly, service is ten times better in the morning! I’ve noticed that a lot of the staff in the morning crew are asian and are a bit more attentive and caring which is awesome and rare to see at Mcdonalds anywhere. However, during the evening its a different story. The bread is hard, and the meat and fries taste old at times.
