They all were so courteous and professional. They did not stop until it was time and my house looks so much better. Thank you.

Hired Ms. Perfection for a move out inspection.
Pros: house was cleaned to my/​housings satisfaction. That’s what’s important, or so I kept telling myself.
Cons:
unprofessional & poor customer service
it started with our main form of communication being through text. Actually that was the only form, as I had called to book and then was texted back for more information. Sour taste in my mouth but I got over it.
I did not receive a confirmation the night before, so I texted her to ask if we were still a go as I was terrified of being stranded.
All communication was short and direct, no sunshine rainbows or customer service of any kind.
Upon arrival at 8:20, I was told that the owner (I believe) had a doctors appointment at 9 and would be back to help the other woman.
Intially I was told the job would take 2 – 3 hours. Once the doctors appointment popped up she said a little over 3 hours. It took 5.5 hours with no updates as to when the estimated finish time would be, even via text. She made it seemed like it was because my house was a mess and she wanted to make sure the job was done right. However when she arrived and looked around she said everything looked «not bad». So I’m assuming her appointment took awhile and therefore doing the house with just one person was too much.
There facebook page they are HIGHLY reviewed. I am assuming it is all friends and family, as everyone other review site they are poorly reviewed. Lesson learned by me.

I booked Ms Perfection to clean my house via Groupon. The two employees started dusting downstairs soon after they arrived while I was upstairs. Within a few minutes there was a large crash and when I went downstairs to find out what had happened, I saw one of my large wedding photo frames that had been hanging on the wall now laying on the floor with glass everywhere. The floor was marked in addition the chair rail along the wall. When I asked what happened I was immediately told that the frame fell off the wall out of no where and they didn’t know why. It was CLEAR that the man who was dusting in that very room just a few minutes before dusted the frame and it fell off the wall as a result. The frame had been hanging in my house for over 10 yrs with no issues. Rather than tell the truth, both cleaners lied to my face and played dumb. I understand that it was a mistake, but to lie was completely unacceptable. I would NOT recommend Ms Perfection.

I had a groupon for two people to do 1 hour of housecleaning. I honestly have no idea what was accomplished. Let me start by saying that my house was clean, beds made, dishes done etc. All I asked was for them to clean the bathrooms and to vacuum especially the stairs. After 45 minutes, I was informed that they were done. They said they only had time to do the upstairs which consists of 3 bedrooms and not large ones at that, and two bathrooms. I broke out my own vacuum to do the downstairs as they sat in the car out front for 15 more minutes. When I came up to see what wonders had been done upstairs, the bathtubs needed re– doing as there was soap scum still there, and I needed to unclog the toilet and fix the splash guard that was broken as well as wipe down the faucets. Unfreakingbelievable!!!

Great, professional cleaners at a reasonable price!

This company is not one I would recommend. They came and ‘cleaned’ my house in about a hour. There was still dust and dirt, they moved things in my bathroom and didn’t put them back. I have had a housekeeper before and that nice fresh clean smell I use to know when coming home was not there with Ms. Perfection. I called and explained the issue and the representative told me they would be back the next day. I never heard from them.
