Target

This is the best Target in the area for deals; the clearance at this store always seems to be further discounted than the rest. The same deals will hit the other stores as well, but this location seems to be 1 – 2 days ahead of schedule on marking clearance. Clean, friendly employees, and a great Starbucks in store. My only complaint is how long I spend shopping – I forget that time is actually passing out there in the ‘real world’! :)

What can I say, it’s target! But this is a very clean store; and a nice alternative to your average Walmart or Kmart. Gotta love that they have a Starbucks inside, too! You can always find little treasures for next to nothing in their dollar sections at the front of the store.

The store is not far from us! We love their selection! Finally found the Moscow Mule cups I’ve been looking for :)

I’ve been using this Target since moving from Texas. It’s somewhat clean but the store usually seems disorganized. Target has pretty decent sales and clearance. Be sure to check the cartwheel app cause you can save quite bit with it. I got an awesome Captain America sweater for $ 6.35 that orginally had been $ 29.99. Clearance and then applied 25% off with the app. I’m all about saving. I’ve never really needed customer care but I have noticed the employees are loud when talking to each other. Otherwise this is your usual Target.

This location is always busy. No matter what time of the day I go to this Target, it’s always full of people and their entrance always seem like a tornado blew through. It’s not as clean as other Targets and the shelves can sometimes seem to be neglected. Anyways, it’s a target. You intend to come in for one thing and always leave with several bags of stuff.

The customer service is terrible. I had to call twice because the first time it rang for 3 minutes straight when a girl finally picked up I asked her what the return policy was on cosmetics before I went there and bought anything she immediately said she was going to transfer me but she just put the phone down and never transferred me. I called back and it rang for minutes and she picked up when I asked for either her name or to speak to a manager she hung up again! Finally a nice girl picked up the phone and gave me the information I was looking for she got the manager for me. Her name was «Penny» and she blamed the phone connection. She said «as you see, our phones have been acting funny» I assured her it was NOT THE phone and I told «Penny» you can’t blame bad customer service on the phones because the second girl I spoke with we didn’t have any problems talking, nor did I with the Store Manager, Penny.
It seemed like Penny was trying to make up excuses for the poor service, which I don’t like. I asked if there was someone above her because I felt like she treated me as a customer who was over exaggerative and just wanted to get someone in trouble and I assured that was not the case because I never had a problem at this location before… But she told me she was the main manager in charge of the whole store then and she would find out who was the girl on the phone and handle it, WHICH I doubt. It seemed as if she didn’t care and was just throwing a bunch of excuses at me. So it looks like I will be driving the extra miles to a Target with better service. No thanks to customer service, and the manager Penny, I won’t be spending another penny here!

I genuinely hope that Target Corporate reads these reviews and makes appropriate improvements.
I just moved to the area from Minneapolis, MN which happens to be where the Target Headquarters is. I once used to refer to my car as the «Target Mobile» because I go there for everything and have a ton of loyalty. I have been nothing short of disappointed from what I have found outside of Minneapolis in the local VA Target stores– specifically the Norfolk one. This store is always extremely disorganized in the clothing department. I have a hard time finding the things I need and actually tripped over a bunch of balled up shirts sitting precariously under a rack.
In another experience, I went to return a rug i bought online. The woman was so rude that I was waiting for the Candid Camera crew to jump out… that or that show Boiling Point. She first told me that I couldn’t return it so I mentioned that I had made online returns to retail locations. From there, she couldn’t get the computer to work so she asked that I bring the rug (big rug) back the next day to return when the computers might be working. I refused and asked to speak to someone else. This someone else was just as rude and said all of two words to me throughout the transaction. What has happened to customer service? Im not asking for much… just to be treated like I spend my hard earned money in this store!
Today is my boiling point as I was overcharged for an on sale item at another location. I called to ask for a $ 5 refund and was told I have to go back into the store which is 45 mins out of my way. I was told to call my local store «but I doubt they will do anything.» I will say that I am not hopeful either but I tried calling… I have tried four times now and no operator is picking up to answer my question. in fact the line ends up hanging up on me.
This Target really needs some help in the employee department so as long as you are expecting rude treatment then you should be fine.

I stopped in at 8am Monday morning (⁴⁄₂₈).
The manager was extremely friendly, competent, and was going out of his way to make sure customers were happy and didn’t have to wait in line too long. Employees all said good morning. Sounds strange, but it was a great way to start the day!

I knew this guy that used to say, ‘You can’t delver your way out of a sales problem.’ Or maybe it was ‘You can’t sell your way out of a delivery problem.’ Or ‘You can’t roller skate in a buffalo herd.’ The exact phrase slips my mind, but lately I had been spending way too much time contemplating such drivel and not taking that First Step in Long Journey.
I needed a change of scenery from my cool and spiffy home office. When in doubt, go buy stuff.
K-​cups, I needed some k-​cups for my shiny new coffee machine. Not only does this contraption brew coffee the old fashioned way, it has a Secret Compartment that holds any of 243,555,345,132 current varieties of K-​cups.
And I needed some.
When I need some, Target is the go-to…because if you can’t get some at Target, well, you know…
So, this Target is remarkable in the fact that it is exactly like every other Target I’ve ever seen. Same red and khaki, same bulls-​eye, same stuff in the 50% off racks. There is even a good chance that my credit card information was compromised and a charge for $ 3121.56 from an adult bookstore in Hatsboro, PA mysteriously showed up on my bank statement. My bank has me on speed dial these days from all of those erroneous charges at that place!
But…
This Target has my favorite retail aisle of any (see the pictures and do the math…).
So yea, I’ll be hanging out here more often for sure, casually asking when that aisle gets restocked, when the truck (or maybe the boat?) comes in with fresh supplies.
And the K-​cups are a nice diversion in avoiding The First Step in Long Journey. After all, it’s all about the trip, not the destination, right?

This Target location is as good as any I’ve been to! Everything seems organized and the employees are generally helpful. They have s starbucks and pizza hut inside as well! In general, target is definitely a one-​stop type of place. They have groceries (including produce), clothes, linens, etc. They also have pretty good sales.
Tip: If you go here even relatively often, you should definitely check out the Target Red card. It’s legitimately a good deal and there’s really no reason not to get it. You get 5% off every time you shop and it’s not a credit card – you just bring in a voided check and they can link it to your checking account (so basically it’s a debit card).
The only problem I’ve had here is that they seem to get a little backed up at the registers sometimes. I don’t know why, but I’ve only ever seen 3 – 4 open at a time (out of 10 – 15 that there are). Overall, though, I’ve been pretty happy with this Target!

I am a huge Target fan. Haven’t had a problem at this one — clean, well-​kept and cashiers usually friendly. I will agree with others that sometimes you feel like they could open more lines — you’re often trying to figure out the fastest one and waiting a long time to check out. Note to management: do not make it difficult for customers to spend money.

ugh. this store has some really REALLY bad employees. 3 stars because I have noticed that the store is always clean and well maintained. BUT… no one is friendly… it is extremely hard to find help walking around and they practice the «let’s see how long the line can get before we open another check out» rule. My hubby worked at a Target all through college and he won’t even walk into this location anymore. It is sad really… there are so many people who want and need jobs. Maybe the employees there need to be a little more familiar with what their main objective is: customer service.

Target is Target. They all have the same stuff, what more can I say? The only complaints I have are the following:
1. They have ONE, maybe two of those bench seat carts that can seat two children. I have three kids under 4… I need all of them strapped into a cart or there will be chaos while I shop. I usually put my infant in the actual cart, and my other two kids in the double bench seat. When I can’t find the lone cart, like when someone else is using it for their 7 and 8 year olds who are too lazy to walk because they want to sit and play on their ipads, I use a normal cart and drag my munchkins through the store. This makes for a very agonizing trip. Point being, they need more double carts.
2. I find a TON of expired items in their food section. Literally every time I go in there, I will find expired yogurt or lunch meat. And not just expired by a few days, like expired by at least 30 – 40 days. GROSS! So make sure you check the expiration dates prior to purchasing food from this Target.

I love Target. I never go into one because I usually walk out having spent a good amount of money.
While my husband was checking out Home Depot I opted to go to Target to just «browse.» Sure. that turned in a hefty bill. BUT! The sales were awesome. I didn’t get past the clothing department.
It was well organized and clean. No clothes laying all over the floors and half off hangers. The fitting rooms were ok. *wrinkle nose* I mean. I’m not asking for it to be fabreezed or anything but it could’ve been a tiny bit better.
Either way. the store area was fine and I walked away with some killer deals.

Only been here once & i was in & out pretty quickly ! The location was clean & neatly organized from what i could see… thats always a plus!

I have a major love affair with Target. Living in Norfolk — it’s the only one in the city so I take what I can get as far as location, but the store itself is great. I like Target because they have better quality items as opposed to Walmart — although they still carry many of the same items as well. They just recently added a grocery section to this store, which seems to have a pretty decent variety of brands. As far as prices go — Target is more expensive than Walmart — but I’d much rather pay more for the higher quality.

This is my favorite Target to go to. It is basically the same as most other Target stores, but I find that this location has better employees. It is a relief to ask someone where to find something and they give some thought before pointing you in the general direction. At this Target they will usually walk you directly to the item you are looking for.
It is also conveniently located near a few good stores like Home Depot, Party City, and PetSmart.

Target’s are awesome but this one lacks in important areas. No matter what time of year I go to this store, the stock is always low and it looks like someone just took their hand and pushed things off the shelf. Not the cleanest Target.

It’s a Target. I do not think it’s a super one though. Got kinda confused with the cleaning supplies because it’s not really all in one place and the area seemed cleared out.
They once had a blood pressure monitor in the pharmacy, but it’s not there anymore, so I headed over to Farm Fresh at the suggestion of another customer.

This target is not much different from any otter target. Good thing is that it very rarely has long lines which is really good!
