The rolls are really tasty and pretty. My husband likes them, and I like them too. (He had fully cooked, and I had raw). However, the nigiri (the fish over a bed of rice) wasn’t that great. There is a huge, thick slice of raw fish for a smaller bed of rice. I kind of get nervous when people stare at me when I’m choosing my food, which is what the service clerk did. I recommend getting the rolls, but not any nigiri.

No. Sorry. This doesn’t cut it. The commissary makes fresher and more appetizing sushi than this. It’s just a refrigerated box that you pick your food out of and pay a la carte. I had some shrimp dumplings and asked the clerk if it was ok to eat cold. He said yes. It was awful. Their business address printed on the info tags is a house in VB. That’s fine but the quality was worse than store bought. Like it had been sitting and it was way too cold and just not appetizing.
The one on Little Creek base closed already. Just go info commissary and get it from there. You’re welcome.
