To make a long story short, these guys sold me a stolen phone that is locked by Tmobile and when i wanted a refund they tell me we are not doing business anymore with you. Worst customer service i have ever encountered, i am going to the police on this one and hopefully am going to put my all into shutting their operation down! Thanks for reading Beware DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHISSHOP!!! I will also be filing a report to the POLICE

OK here’s their redemption. 7 months ago I brought my Samsung avant in for repair. I came back two weeks later because I haven’t heard any update. They miss placed my phone. The tech didn’t make up anything and told me trouthfuly that they can’t find it at the moment. One week went by and I got news that I will be going to the middle east for 7 months. Long story short I cam back and they found my Samsung. The repair haven’t been done yet however the tech told me that he did buy a new avant to repack the one I have. That’s a real plus. They took their time and put effort into satisfying military service members. I never one mentioned I was of uniform service until now. They remembered me and the problem 7 months later. They offer to give me a discount on any phone I want. They also bought back the temp phone I purchased from them. I’m giving them a solid 5 out of 5 because the service was superb. I’m now a happy owner of a Samsung s5

Yoshi’s Tronics is an electronic repair shop that also sells new and refurbished electronics(cell phones, comupters, etc.) for cheaper than big name retailers. They are very Unilocal friendly with a 10% off a cell phone repair check-in offer and a $ 50 of service for $ 30 offer. The also have a friendly and knowledgeable staff; however, there are some organization issues that keep this business from providing a «5 Star» experience. This place is relatively close to where I live, so it’s the first place I thought of when the internal cooling fan in my laptop stopped working. When I called them, the lady I initially spoke to said that it would only cost $ 20 to replace the fan. When I arrived to the store another gentlemen explained to me that the fan would cost $ 20 to replace; however, there was also a $ 50 service repair fee that would be added on, which made me feel a little like I was bought in under false pretenses. After talking with the gentlemen some more, he explained to me that my computer was so old that it might just be better if I bought a new one. I explained to him that my computer was actually still under warranty to be replaced and I was interested in salvaging the memory from my current laptop to transfer onto the new one. That’s when he said that if I had an external hard drive(which I did), that they could take the hard drive out of my computer and put it all onto my external hard drive for $ 50. After looking around and taking into consideration the $ 50 for $ 30 deal I realized that this place really did offer the best deal. I left my computer with them and they made me fill out a sheet with all my information and gave me a copy of it as a receipt which I liked. They said that they didn’t really know when my computer would be done. I left my computer and external hard drive with them on Saturday and after calling them a few times(because they never called me), they said my computer was ready to pick up about a week and a half later, which was not a problem because I have a pretty busy work schedule anyway and wouldn’t had been able to pick it up prior. So I go in to pick up my hard drive, and before I pay I just wanted to make sure all my memory was correctly put into my external hard drive, so I had him check it. It was a good call on my part, because he realized that the memory in fact didn’t all transfer correctly, and I would’ve been very unhappy if I had discovered it after I had paid and left. He told me to come back in 48 hours, it was an honest mistake and I caught it before I had paid, so I wasn’t too bent out of shape about. A couple of days later, I came in to retrieve my laptop and my external hard drive. There wasn’t really an organized line, so they were helping other customers who walked in after me before me. This issue could easily be solved with some sort of line or ticket number system. But I did get what I came for, all my salvaged pictures, movies, music, and documents(about 250GB in total backed up on my external hard drive for only $ 30, and you just can’t beat that. I would come here again, and I do recommend this place for their stellar deals and knowledgeable staff members; however, make sure you inspect/test out your electronics before you leave, and don’t expect a lot of organization.

I purchased a phone and had a repair on a different phone done on the same day. It seems like a legitimate place, just poor customer service. I should have walked away feeling excited about my «like new» phone and the repair to my second phone… I just walked away feeling scammed. Use with caution! KNOW what coupons they post but don’t honor… and get a quotes BEFORE you go… I will keep you updated on how the two hold up.

Purchased an iPhone 6 Plus from Yoshi on their Swappa account while I was abroad and didn’t get to open the package until I returned home. The phone came with a defective screen and non-working Touch ID. I took it to the Apple Store but Apple refused to honor the warranty because the screen was not the original screen(not mentioned in the listing). I notified Yoshi’s Tronics and they agreed to issue a refund when I ship the phone back which I did. Once they received the phone, they claimed the phone was not in the condition it was shipped in and refused to issue a refund. Why didn’t they asked questions and asked for photos before asking me to ship the phone back? And I swear on my mother’s grave that I didn’t alter the phone in any way! I filed a dispute with PayPal but unfortunately PayPal sided with them. Yoshi’s Tronics agreed to ship the phone back to me(I provided a prepaid UPS label and even offered to send a UPS driver to pick it up) but days later, still no movement or replies. I tried contacting the business by phone a few times but was given the«leave a phone number, we will call you back». I emailed them several times as well but no replies. From all the good reviews I’ve read about them, I’m quite disappointed as this is how they practice their business ethics. I’ve lost $ 650 and now the phone is in their possession but isn’t being returned to me despite them agreeing to do so. You’ve lost your integrity for $ 650, I hope it was worth it. UPDATE: Yoshi, you agreed to ship the phone back but went back on your words and been avoiding my phone calls and emails. I wouldn’t have written bad reviews if I wasn’t genuinely upset that I felt like I was cheated out of a phone. The phone was opened and inspected by the tech at Apple. Accusing me of being a scammer doesn’t get rid of the fact you decided to keep the phone that I sent back along with the money I have paid. I sent a prepaid UPS label and sent a driver over twice, also tried contacting you to schedule a time to pick up the phone but never got a call back from you. I just want my phone back and put all this behind me. Don’t say you’d absolutely ship it back when you won’t do it.
