Great place. We found it years ago and then helped her with her new location. Nothing better!!!

No place better– food and hospitality! If you crave the most delicious Reuben EVER! Then, you are at the right place. My husband swears by the fried bologna sandwich. Get there early on Saturday, or you will wait in line with the locals. Great food! Clean and friendly place. Heidi loves her clientele and it shows! Get a piece of cake to go, you’ll be glad you did!

Warning: Intervention needed when eating Heidi’s pies! She has the best desserts and Ruben sandwiches.

5 star friendliness & a good very sweet pie heated up with ice cream. I personally like my pies more tart. Pies were ½ price on Saturdays. Cute place next to the very cool new patagonia clothes/trout fishing store. I bet the food is pretty good. Heidi is one of the former owners of Shady Grove – food was good there. She makes you feel at home.

The Ruben was the best I have ever had The loaded baked potato soup was excellent. The pastry is out of this world good.

We had heard about this place from a Facebook post boasting the world’s best Reuben could be found here. So we were driving thru Norfork and decided to give it a try. The inside of this former BBQ joint is a cute little sandwich shop slash bakery decorated in cute thrift store and flea market finds. Heidi is of German descent and her family has been in the food business for a while. She is engaging had friendly and loves feeding people. The Reuben lived up to its reputation … Heidi grills the kraut and gets a little caramelization on it and the cheese is melty and bubbly. Yum! The selection of fresh pies on the counter was tempting, but will have to try them next time! We will be back!
