Patty was our server today at lunch… she was AWESOME!!! She got our order *right*…it was fast, and hot! And her smile — such a great smile she has. And she was really truly upbeat! A pleasure to have had her as our server! :)

It was a hassle to get the World Series game turned on to one of the 89 televisions that was close to me. The Bulls regular season game was on the audio… okay. When the Bulls game ended I asked for the World Series to be put on audio. Nope. «Other tables were watching basketball.» Instead, we listened to 15 minutes of commercials as not one of the dozen people left in the place paid attention to the basketball game that was still on the audio. I felt like I sat through enough of the baseball game to have earned that audio over yet another regular season basketball game that no one was watching. Certainly not the end of the world, but when I want to drink beer and watch sports, I won’t be coming back here. I’ll go anywhere else.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s a great place to go with friends and eat the most delicious chicken in town. It’s a little loud and I’m not really into sports but the food is so damn good.

Why are the parking spots so small? Unless you’re on a motorcycle, you aren’t getting in there. The food is okay. If you can squeeze into a 3′ parking spot.

Let me start with, it’s a chain. I am still trying to figure out why people go to this place to eat small wings slathered in who knows what type of sauce out of a bottle chocked full of preservatives. The only reasons I can think people go here is the college kids can stumble home after drinking overpriced crappy beer and tiny wings. There are so many local places to get wings that put this place to shame, which is not hard. When people complain in his or her reviews for this place, just keep in mind, it’s a chain. Final note, most of its profits go to Minnesota and do not get regenerated locally.

Average food at best, boneless wings are way superior to the bone-in. Staff do not know much about alcoholic beverages nor the food in general. Really poor experience.

Hope they get their act together soon or this location ain’t gonna last. First impression from the parking lot was – why the heck are all the parking spots so darn small? Inside, the place feels larger than it looks like from the outside. Lots of TV’s with sports. Generous selections of beer draft selections. Pretty much same stuff as what you should expect from BWW. Our service was just ok. Not really friendly, but not unfriendly either. They needed to bus several tables and had lots of employees standing around who could have helped but didn’t take the initiative to do so. That kind of thing bothers me and signals POOR management. Like I said, not the greatest bDubs ever, but maybe cause it’s so new they haven’t got it all together quite yet. Time will tell… Definitely room for improvement.

Do not go if you have a group, they screwed up on our baseball teams orders and took them over 2 hours to bring out our bill. Worst service from a Buffalo Wild Wings and we have been to many locations. Very disappointed! Never heard from manager. ½ star if it would be allowed

As a wing and BDubs lover, I was extremely excited that there would be a new location closer to my house instead of going all the way out across town. After work one night, three coworkers and I(all servers) decided to check it out. Got there around 10pm, sat in the bar seating. First reaction: lights were insanely bright, especially for Buffalo Wild Wings. But, we could get past that. Cue the four of us sitting there for 20 minutes before our waitress came to the table. All of us ordered tall draft beers and four ice waters. Roughly 10 minutes later, she came back, having forgotten what drinks we ordered and told us they didn’t carry two of the very common beers we ordered which were on the menu three separate times. Okay, not her fault. Ordered something else which we could see behind the bar that they had. One of us ordered an appetizer of fried pickles, which came out before the drinks did(another 10 – 15 minutes later). Finally got our drinks, which were run by two other employees who did not know which beer was which. Still no water. We flagged down another server(Kyle, who ended up being WONDERFUL) and he brought us water. Finally the entrees are run to us by another employee who dropped it off and walked away. Unaware that we didn’t have any silverware and that three of the four entrees were wrong. Our server checked back with us maybe 10 minutes after we sat there looking for her, and we told her the food was wrong. Expecting said server to apologize and get it taken care of, we were highly surprised when she argued with us and said it wasn’t her fault that the kitchen sucked that night and that she put the order in correctly. Doesn’t matter who is at fault. Get it taken care of. So she goes and rings in the order again, and the food finally came out correct after us being there for a good hour at the very least. When it was time for the tickets, she had split the appetizer all four ways without asking, even though not all four of us were eating them/paying for them. The manager never was aware of the situation and never came out to check on us, or apologize, if there even were a manager working(never saw one on the floor at all). Overall, terrible service from this waitress. Servers were standing at the side stations gossiping while we sat there with wrong food. It really seems as though they hired anyone and everyone who came in and applied. Food was just as good as any other Buffalo Wild Wings. I’m sure I will be back out of convenience, but I will always and forever choose the larger, original town Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

I wish I could give them ½ star. My first experience with carry out. My facebook message to them is a copy and paste. Steak n Shake has MUCH better customer service. I would like to take a moment of my time to address your customer service. I place a 40 sum dollar order by phone, I came in around noon today and didn’t have the correct order. I was shorted 1 burger and fries and instead received buffalo wings. Unfortunately, it was not discovered until I came home to feed the family. So, on my way to McDonald’s(only ½ mile away), I called and spoke to a manager about my order being messed up and I got a «we will put a burger on for you». That really didn’t help much as I had 1 kid that has not eating till I got back with some kinda food. None the less, my nachos were limp and wings were not hot by the time I CORRECTED your mistake. So, I just wanted to thank you for, well, nothing. Signed, Madder than a wet cat

While this version of B-dubs is the mini ‘campus’ variety and they have several(understandable 1st day) kinks to work out, they also have the typical B-dubs tap selection, a nice wing-centric menu and what I am now awarding as the biggest TV in town — 120-inches of sports viewing awesomeness! Although the menu is not for everyone, we really love the variety of wing options(try the desert heat dry rub if u haven’t) and their willingness to feature new sauces every couple weeks(currently featuring ‘Morrocan Fire’), they are inevitably some of our other favorites.(Please bring back the maple flavor.) One would also think all the attention we were paid on grand opening day will wear off once everyone is fully trained, but even when it does, the ISU location in this area should ensure them a healthy life span August thru May at a minimum.
