Campus Point

The worst place I have ever lived. The price seems cheap until you get your electric bill (It got up to $ 100 for just me) because EVERYTHING runs on electricity. Insulation is also awful so the apartment is freezing when it’s cold out. The management is also the worst part yet. No one really seems to know what’s going on because every time you call you talk to someone new, Patricia is extremely rude and will charge you for bills that are not late and refuse to take them off your account (she deals with bills & «finances»), and you can get charged for ridiculous expenses that are management’s fault. Plus you cannot break your lease AT ALL, NO MATTER WHAT.
Most reviews you see are written by employees. Campus Point also has a thing call Campus Resident Point Rewards where they give residents gift cards for saying nice things about Campus Point, on various social media sites, and writing good reviews on them. A resident can win up to about $ 30, or more, at one time. They also will only show you models of your apartment and not your actual one. You get to see your actual apartment on the day you move in, as well as scrub the dirty place from top to bottom (unless you like the view of a dead mouse on your floor and dirty everywhere).This place takes advantage of young college students and it’s just sad.

Everything is clean, and of excellent quality. I love living at Campus Point, and I’m always so proud to show my apartment to friends when they come over.
