Apartment was typical low-​rent, rather small, low-​end carpet and chipping paint, etc. I can ignore that stuff. But the security lock on the community entrances was consistently jammed with broken-​off keys that management would not fix for days. Also, no matter how well you clean, you will not get back your full deposit. Not great, not horrible, no universal issues with the place. So minus two stars for slow maintenance and deposit trouble, but plus three for being an overall just OK lessor.
