Keen Tile

We received great help picking out tile for our kitchen floor during our two visits to Keen Tile. We appreciated the expert advice.

Dropped off tile two weeks ago. Like they say 1^st impressions are lasting impressions. We are getting our kitchen redone and needed some granite pieces bullnosed and polished so we drove to keen tile to see if they could do that. The only thing the lady said was, «It’s going to be really expensive.» So apparently she thinks we are poor! Off to a great start! (Hope you can sense my sarcasm) Anyways the tile was supposed to be done in one week. A week goes by and no call. We called Keen tile and they said it was going to be another week. So we impatiently waited and received a call from the dreaded lady that called us poor (more or less) and she said the tile would be ready this saturday. Yay! NOT! So Saturday we headed out in the beautiful Illinois weather snowy, windy and driving to Keen tile to find out that damn ignorant lady that called… called for no reason are tile was nowhere in sight. Finally today our tile was finished… yes we had to deal with the dreaded lady one more time. We walked and said we are picking up our order and the only thing she said was «Did you bring your money.» What are we like 12! I am going to walk into a store and purchase something with no money. 1 star to the dreadful ignorant lady! We need some limestone chair rail and we will be shopping elsewhere.
