This is a mostly used furniture store run by a local family. They had a surprisingly wide selection of bedding and furniture. The store/​showroom was a little jenky, but I think it’s a gem at the end of the day. The prices were fantastic. $ 350 bucks for a brand new queen SET! That set was made by Englander out of Chicago and was in plastic with a warranty. I recently moved out of state and had them deliver furniture for my entire house! I probably saved a couple grand. At the end of the day, if you don’t mind dealing with a non-​corporately, laid back, mom and pop, prices are negotiable type atmosphere– then KMO may be the secret spot you have been looking for. I’d definitely recommend checking them out at the very least.

I called ahead on a Saturday to confirm what time they close. Guy said open til 5pm on Saturdays. I get there at 4pm and it’s locked and there is no one there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The do not run a good business AT ALL. I called them to have them purchase a king mattresss since I had purchased a new one. Daniel– the owner’s son– took my information and said someone would be at my home last Friday between 3pm-​5pm. Needless to say NO ONE ever showed up or called. So I called on Monday and they said they didn’t recall ever getting a call and not sure what happened. So Kerry– the owner– scheduled to come out on Tuesday at 5pm. I called Tuesday at 4:45pm to confirm that someone was going to be out and turns out they «Forgot about me». They then rescheduled me for Wednesday at 4:45pm for sure. Now at 4:25 on Wednesday I call to confirm that someone is on their way and I was told that the delivery driver had left at 3 to make his last delivery and was coming to my place after.
5pm– I call again saying no one is here. Daniel tells me that Thomas, the delivery guy, is on his way.
5:15pm– I call Daniel again, tells me Thomas will be here momentarily
5:30pm– Daniel gives me the number for Thomas– 1^st number I was given is disconnected. 2^nd number he gives me is off and goes straight to voicemail. Call Daniel again and tell him that they have until 5:45. He replies «He has your paperwork and everything else so he should be there».
5:45pm– Still no show. I call yet again… and goes to voicemail. I leave a message to have Kerry call me.
Thursday at 12:15pm still no call from Kerry and I call again and Daniel answers. I explain to him how NOBODY every showed up. He replies «Well I have no control over my delivery guy. I am not sure why he didnt show. I was at home when you were calling last night since we closed at 5pm. What do you want us to do about it now?»
I asked to have Kerry call me as soon as he got into the office– which he said would be at 2pm. Now it is Friday at 10am and I have yet to get a call.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go somewhere else or save the money for an new mattress thru Bed’s Direct. HORRIBLE LOCAL BUSINESS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
