The nursing staff failed to document my health history correctly resulting in out of pocket expenses with my insurance provider! In addition, the manager, Jan, that I spoke with once the issue was elevated could not provide ANY assistance –she did not know their own policy on confidentiality when I asked for the name of the nurse who failed to document the critical information and REFUSED to take down a fax number to pass along to the nurse I was working with(even when I explained that I had been passed back and forth and simply did not want to talk any longer). The nursing staff appear to be overworked and make you feel as if your questions are an inconvenience –and it is not hard to see why when Jan, their manager, models the same behavior not wanting to take down a simple number. The culture at this facility is to pass the buck and not take ownership to help the customer! If you have other options –look elsewhere for overall quality health care.
