Be sure to read your lease VERY carefully. Rented through them about 5 years ago and was sued for the entire balance of my lease after I was evicted for missing rent by a month. Called to work out payment arrangement for month I missed after I was evicted, was referred to local lawyer who lives for these situations. While I have nothing bad to say about the company or their nice properties, just heed my advice and read lease carefully.

My daughter and her roommates live at 701 Main Street Apartments. They are beautiful. Granite countertops, beautiful new appliances. If there were any problems they were fixed right away. They had a slight problem em with programming on cable but one visit to SAMI and problem solved. I recently had a slight issue with move out date and employee Ken assisted us quickly and professionally. Thank you! We will recommend this location to upcoming students parents.

«Dear SAMI tenants: We understand a lot of your vehicles are snowed in; people all over our area are dealing with the same problems as you are. SAMI cannot and will not be helping you get your car out of the snow. Our responsibility is to plow the lots and make sure the entrances and sidewalks are clear. We started shoveling sidewalks yesterday and are doing our best to get all of our properties taken care of. If you car is stuck please buy or borrow a shovel.»
