Home Depot has never been so much fun. Recently in house number 2 and ready to start some much needed renovations. We have been working with David in the custom kitchens trying to work out a good configuration and setup for our new kitchen. He has been so great to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Also, my husband has recently taken on wood working and he makes frequent visits to HD they have everything he needs and a wide variety as well.

Service is great! Sometimes you wish there was more support, but the folks that work there are usually well informed or can get someone who is. Customer support moves quickly, solves problems, and seems genuinely sincere. I enjoy shopping here.

Out of all the home improvement store in bloomington normal. I went into lowes and menards to make a purchase and I couldn’t find anybody in the stores to help me. I walked past employees and they ignored me. I then went to home depot and was greeted when I walked in the store. I was asked several times by different employees if I could be helped. It was nice to see that a company cares about their customers.
