Has done a number of jobs on our 1938 built house. Just simply can not say enough. No high pressure tactics to replace all the windows at the house at the same time. Was able to do a couple of windows at a time. Went around the neighborhood to find examples of similar exterior doors that we needed replacing. He has been working with us on our house since 2006 (it is an old house and still has a lot more to go).
