Andy Alligators Fun Park

Not to be rude, but if there was an option to give 0 stars. I would have. I was there simply trying to enjoy a nice day, and even went out of my way to consider going to this place when there is a much nicer place called HeyDay right next door that is basically the same thing, and out of nowhere I start getting harassed by the employees for nothing. I was laying out at the water park when they came up to me and claimed I had blatantly broken the rules by «sneaking» beer in, when in reality I had actually purchased the beer from the front part at the food stand inside. The employees lied about letting me do so and even giving me the plastic bags from behind the gaming counter that I used to carry them over. The «manager» more like child — Michelle — was irrational, wrong, and ignorant to the fact that she was wrong, even when I had offered to go review the camera tapes with her. She kicked us out and even threatened to call the police. WOULD NOT recommend — go to Hey Day, I’ve been there and it is much nicer and more fun. THE WORST PART about the whole day was there was not even one alligator there and Andy was nowhere to be found. WHAT A RIP!

I’m giving this establishment 1 star because it won’t allow me to give it 0. I was treated very unfairly and disrespected by every employee. After I had purchased a margarita from the bar I went back to lay out and was harassed by multiple employees being asked to show them my ID and credit card to match the name. After three times of doing this they still thought I was underage and was asked to leave and they threatened to call the police for not reason. After asking to talk to either Andy or an alligator I was denied service and left. DO NOT COME HERE.

My wife and I went here on a steamy June 2016 Friday afternoon to try out their waterpark. According to their website, 2016 prices on a Friday after 4:00 PM is $ 9.95 per adult. We arrived around 4:30 fully expecting to only pay $ 9.95 each. When we got to the ticket window, I was surprised when the young lady behind the window said $ 43 something for 2 adults. I questioned why it isn’t $ 9.95 and she simply said «we have a new promotion right now, 4 for $ 44» or something like that. I told her the web site clearly stated 2016 prices after 4:00 PM were $ 9.95 each. She said «no it’s not», very immature and poorly trained high school kid handling customer service. Since we were already there and ready for some cool water on us, we paid the full price admission.
Once we were inside, we were oh so very underwhelmed. All the attractions you see on the web site are there, and that’s it, nothing else. Not even a regular plain old pool or anything like that to just hang out in. Because of that, the entrance to the lazy river was being used as a pool and it was an obstacle course to get in and out of because of so many people just sitting there.
We ordered 2 pina coladas at the bar and the bartender was just eyeballing everything. He had to add more mix and ice about 4 times to one drink because of poor measurements!
Also, there is an abundance of cheap speakers all around playing «vacation-​beachy» style music. The quality is so poor and loud that it was painful and deafening at times when you walk by. I work in the audio visual industry and these are poorly installed and equalized, but you can’t get much out of a cheap, cheap audio system.
We will never come back, especially with their bait and switch approach to advertising, is that even legal? I would have given this place 2 stars if it was only $ 10, but $ 20 is too much for this place.

Great place during off times. Prime time weekends it’s so packed and there are long lines. Having said that the slow go carts for under 40″ and the faster carts for over 40″ are exciting, fast, fun, just really enjoyable entertainment. The indoor pay as you go games are fun as well. Parking can be challenging again during prime time weekends, ok otherwise. Laser tag is always fun. Outdoors free bouncers for the smaller children, free smaller child bucket ride, pay for rock climbing, and miniature golf are fun as well. The water park side was not open yet for our visit but looks really fun as well for the really hot weather. You can pay as you go for all the rides or do unlimited wrist bands which usually end up being the less expensive route to exhaustion. Lots of tables for adults to relax at while children play. For inside games you purchase loaded cards and swipe as you go. Great place for birthday parties or birthday outings after the party!

My son is 6 and he had a blast at this place.

You can really lose track of time having so much fun, so make sure you get there early!

My family and I went here for a child’s birthday. My first thought was, oh God, the germs (I have two kids under 2), but it was pretty clean (do not ask me about the bathrooms. Mama doesn’t do public unless life and death — which I know is coming once my kids get older). The party room our friend reserved for her son was clean, but it felt like we weren’t there for 90 mins before they had to get their stuff and leave, so they could prep for another party. I’m not sure what was included with the package, but it was a bit basic (mother of the child brought in most of her stuff). That to me isn’t a turn off as I didn’t pay for anything. There did seem to be miscommunication with the staff as it took two employees to get the bill right. As to why they hand a bill to someone hosting a bunch of people — especially for everyone to see — I’ll never know. Even if you add to your tab, there are ways to settle a bill without bringing attention to it, ya know. Not that I’m into huge parties for kids, my husband and I would more than likely not consider this place for private events.
Now for the arcade and play spaces.
The play areas overall were pretty rad. They had spaces for bumper cars, areas to rock climb, laser tag, arcade games and a carnival type ride. While our little ones were too small to enjoy most things, our 1 ½ yr old had fun playing some throwing games with his dad.
Parents who are looking for an indoor (they also have an outdoor space with a water park and other enjoyable options) for their kid to enjoy will love spending hours here loading up their cards.

The facility overall is great for kids 6 – 13. However they treated us terrible! Customer service was so bad I told them I would never be back. The staff miscommunicated MULTIPLE times and then they expected us to act like everything was okay. I would not recommended this place for a birthday parties. I wasted $ 300 at this place!

I just came here to eat and ordered a small blue raspberry slurpee. The cashier hooked me up with a medium. Pizza was okay but found a few mushrooms in it when we requested none, no big deal because we’re not allergic or anything.

Fun place to take my five year old. You buy a card at the machine and put as much on it as you wish. The games are moderately priced. Mini bowling is fun. They have an indoor structure for kids to play in when you purchase a wristband. When I went an area to the side of the mini bowling was under construction so they are building more and a sign on the front door stating that they would close early to work on building. The outdoors area for rock climbing, miniature golf, batting cages, and two racetracks is beautiful. Check the websites for their specials. Sunday was 2 for 1 miniature golf when we went. They also have a water park which will open for the season May 9, 2015. They have food there as well but I didn’t order anything. My only complaint is that sometimes I couldn’t get the game machines to accept the slide of my card.

Went with my daughter & 2 granddaughters. They had a great time there. Happy to say they loved it there.

I took my 11 year old, just for the go carts. It was during the the day and not crowded. Three different car types for drivers, The tiny kiddos get the tiny, slow cars and do not interfere with more experienced drivers. The young staff at the go carts were exceptional and very patient with the young, we know it all, kiddos.

The water park portion is ok. Not fantastic and amazing, but ok. You have the main area that has a few smaller slides that the kids love. A giant bucket fills up and splashes over everyone on occasion. There is a lazy river… kind of. Some people use it as intended by floating in the tubes. Others use it as their personal swimming pool to swim around, practically kicking people, which the lifeguards seem ok with. A couple taller slides are off to the side of the lazy river for those who want a bit more «thrill» (relatively speaking), but if water slides are your thing, this isn’t the place for you. A small child water play area is further back from the main area and behind the private cabanas, which is nice so they aren’t run over by everyone else. Private cabanas are available to rent… at a price. $ 69 Monday — Thursday, and it jumps up to $ 89 during the weekends and holidays. It comes with a few chairs, a table, a tv, a locker rental, four water bottles, and supposedly some waitstaff (although I didn’t see any waitstaff during my entire time at the park). The premium cabana, which is about $ 40 more than the regular one, has a whopping difference of getting two extra water bottles. Save yourself the money and get a couple of chairs under another shaded area, buy the water bottles yourself, and rent the locker on your own. And really, who needs a flat screen tv to watch while spending a few hours at the water park? Unplug for a bit! A bar sits between the main area and the lazy river, which I find unnecessary. I found it especially inappropriate that some of the kids were purchasing their ICEE cups/​containers from the bar since the machines were right across from it. The kids should not be allowed at the bar at all; those cups need to be sold elsewhere and the machines moved.
Overall it is a small park that is obviously more younger kid friendly, which is currently ideal for me. I’m not sure the full price is really all that worth it, though. It is $ 18.95 for those who are 42″ and taller, $ 15.95 for those under 42″. There just isn’t all that much for that cost. However, there are daily specials which help. Mondays — 1 free child admission per paid adult. Tuesdays — all tickets are $ 12. Wednesdays — everyone pays the kid price (I’m assuming that’s the under 42″ ticket). Fridays — 4 tickets for $ 44, but only after 3pm on select nights. If you purchase your tickets online, the tickets are all $ 15.95. Or use the Keep It Local card and get the tickets for $ 15 each.

I love that you can put money on a card and swipe for the games. Additionally, when you get tickets, you can go to one of several counting machines, have them totaled the balance put on the same card. That way parents don’t have tons of tokens and tickets to haul around as we chase after our kids. I just wish the cards were sturdier and that the machines read them better

Not bad on location considering you can see it from I35. Came here for batting cages because there aren’t that many in the Oklahoma City area. It costs $ 2 for 24 balls which is almost a steal if the balls were a bit faster. I play softball and their top softball speed is 60mph all the way to slow pitch.
They offer cards to pay the games & cages instead of coins /​tokens. Very clean, slightly pricey food and a handful of activities.
This is a nice kid friendly, safe environment. Could use a few more attractions, but then again HeyDay is across the street.

Came here with my local church. For the few rides they have, I’m glad it wasn’t crowded. Have passed by here on busy days and the lines are ridiculous. A few fun areas for the little ones and 2 big slides for the big ones. Cute private cabanas that I’m sure come with a price. A couple of snack stands available. alcoholic beverages available… not sure i like that with so many kids around. Lots of seating available, but like I said, it’s not crowded today. Being from the East Coast, this pales in comparison to Sesame Place, but I’m content!
