We have been using BPM for almost 3 years now and they have always treated us so well. We rarely have problems with our home, but if an issue has came up they respond to our request quickly and have the problem fixed within 24 hours. Customer service is key with them and they’re almost like family. Lydia is great and Tom has always been wonderful while showing us property. Thank you BPM for making the renting life enjoyable. –The Starkman family.

I am so beyond disappointed with this property management company. We are from Kansas city and were planning a move to Oklahoma. We called them a few days prior to us coming to Oklahoma to look at some of their properties to set up an appointment to see the properties. We only had one real day(while in town) to view the properties. We found one online(their website) that we fell in love with and knew that we would like. We filled out an online application AND sent in the $ 60(for my husband and I) application fee. The applications SATPENDING until about 11 am on the day that we were in Oklahoma to look at houses. We had money on hand and were ready to put a deposit and first month’s rent down. After trying NUMEROUS times in the days prior to our one day in OK to set up times to view properties, we were given the run around and calls were not returned. We had to reach out to them. And a time was never actually made for us to view any properties. We were also told that our applications were pending the whole time, or that there was missing paperwork and couldn’t process it until they had it all. It would have been nice to get a call from them letting us know what we were missing instead of just taking our money and sitting on the application, wasting our time. Luckily, while driving through a neighborhood where they had a property, we found another house that we were able to view right away, with a different property management company. We instantly took it. At 12pm we called Bare Property Management to inquire about getting our $ 60 back for the application they did NOTHING for, for the property that we NEVER looked at. Come to find out we were approved! Funny how that happened when we called to let them know that we were no longer interested. We understand that it is a non refundable fee for the applications, but it is SUPER shady that they did not even do ANYTHING on our applications, and when we call to let them know we changed our mind, it was all of a sudden approved! We are not going to argue for our money back, because I would be beating my head against a wall. I just wanted to share what kind of business this company is running. Clearly they do not care about the people they are«serving» only about the money. A good tactic would have been to apologize and offer our money back.

they are absolutely horrible! DONOTRENTFROMTHEM! SLUMLORDS!!! they dont fix things that they say«will«be fixed. Treat the tentants like they are inconvienced to their job. I cant wait til I move out of this crappy property! Id give them no stars I’d give them no stars if I could. I will also be contacting the B.B.B.
