Buffalo Wild Wings

Sad but true. Although the manager came by and comped one of my drinks the place was not up to par. Service and talking story gets o half point. Wings and potato wedges gets the other 1 ½. Restrooms was atrocious. Couldn’t use first two stalls. Toilets covered with clear trash bags in first two stalls, liquid in theirs stall on toilet, floor and toilet paper dispenser. Fourth stall had splats. Nuff said right.
Margaritas are watttttttered down and after ordering a second for comparison I was told that the bartenders said I could order a double for more alcohol if I can’t taste it yet again. Not happening.
The manager came by and like I said took one of my margaritas off the bill but didn’t take immediate action with the restroom and gave excuses for the restroom, drinks and overall staff. The only human saving grace was our waitress. She was very polite and sorry for our experience.
Won’t be going back there, not in Moore anyways.

3 at best. Forgot part of the order. Wings were floating in sauce. Service was it is early and it is my job so I will wait on you. I have had better and expect better from Buffalo Wild Wings.

Server was pretty good, but I ordered chipotle BBQ wings and got them and there was hardly any seasoning. I called attention to it to the server, and she just brought me a side of the seasoning. At that point the wings weren’t very hot so the seasoning didn’t stick leaving the wings with no flavor. I told the server that they just didn’t have any flavor, and that didn’t want the wings anymore. she said I’ll talk to my manager to see what I can do, and came back from the bar and told me the manager said there was nothing they could do for me at all, and that she would just comp my drink to make up for it. As I’m leaving, I see the manager sitting at a table at the bar with two servers chatting not doing anything. It was my first and last time ever going to this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Traditional B-​Dubs with large variety of Sauces and good Burgers and Apps to go with TVs everywhere. A good place before the game or to see all the games. Tried the special Potato Stack, which tops Crispy Chips with Sauced Chicken, Cheddar, Bleu Cheese, Lettuce & Tomatoes. A filling Appetizer. Also got my standby, Hot BBQ Boneless with Wedges. Definitely will return when I’m looking for a solid place to watch sports and eat Wings.

We gave Buffalo Wild Wings many chances, so now back to our local eating places that have great service. Our waitress ignored us and obviously did not know the liquor available. We asked for a Bourbon and water. She comes back to us about 15 minutes later to inform us there was no house Bourbon but there was scotch, tequilla. etc. We finally flagged down a hostess that said, yes, they had Bourbon, such as Jim Beam etc. but it would cost us. Then the waitress bemoaned the fact that she had to make coffee we asked for. Not just once but twice. Funny she could visit with every table around us but never come to check on if we needed anything. We will not be back. The hostess said she was new. So train her!!!

We went here after the OU vs Texas Tech game and it was a little busy so maybe that’s why our experience wasn’t good. Although management should plan on extra staff during OU home games. The service was extremely slow. The Dr Pepper wasn’t mixed right and was more water then Dr Pepper. When our food finally came out, everything was cold as if had been sitting around waiting for our waitress to pick it up. We will not be going back to this restaurant.

Consistent BWW just like all the others. Just had some traditional wings and the amount of sauce was tight and they were cooked just right. Would go back if I need a quick takeout and I was in the area.

After a not so pleasant experience at the Moore, OK location — we went to this establishment. Complete opposite and best service ever! Would definitely
go back! Requested booth and hostess was more than accommodating… Met server within two minutes of being seated. Drinks and food arrived in a timely manner and overall experience was enjoyable!

Beyond irritated with BWW. I called in an order and asked for all of the wings to be EXTRA wet. Drove 20 miles round trip and paid $ 30… Just to get home and have the wings I ordered specifically for myself be bone dry. Kudos to whoever put the EX WET sticker on the box though… Because clearly whoever put the Sahara desert wings in the box can’t read. Luckily the other wings I ordered for the rest of my family were correct, so they were able to enjoy their dinner.
I called the restaurant and explained how frustrated I was. I was given the option to either A) drove another 20 miles round trip to replace the incorrect order or B) have my name put on a list to receive the same meal they messed up for «free» the next time I came in (mind you, they wouldn’t technically be free considering I’d be eating the meal I originally ordered which I paid for already.).
After asking for a manager and explaining how frustrating this all was, he offered to refund my meal (despite his excuse that they had a large party backing up the kitchen), and he would give me a true free meal the next time I came in.
So, thanks manager, for helping me out for the next time I come in… But that doesn’t really help me out for my dinner tonight, does it?

Went to Norman location twice… first time my wife and I were seated outside… and left alone, had to go get a server… food took 30 min, drinks weren’t refilled… left very unhappy, but being a manager in a business myself, I gave them another try, this time was a take out order, we arrived and placed an order to go… and patiently waited for 20 min or so, watching the staff doodling on notepads, discussing their personal life (very loud), 5 min later got up checked on order, the server went to check on it and came back 5 minutes later with the WRONG order, so she took it back to get the «correct» order, was gone another 8 – 10 minutes with our order that was incorrect again… at this point we just took it and left… the staff is very immature, never asked us if we were ok every time they walked by, even the manager passed us and she didn’t say a word !!! Will never return, go to the Moore location, it’s worth a few extra mile drive!

Not any different then the other BWWs I’ve been to. But DO NOT expect to easily get a seat on game nights, weekends, or lunch time. So basically anytime you’re going to be hungry. I love BWWs, the waitresses are awesome and it’s always reassuring when the business is getting a lot of business, but it can be frustrating when you have to wait 30+ mins to be seated at a table for 2. My advice? Get the takeout, enjoy the game at home away from the waiting benches.

Was amazing when it first opened. Then it switched to Pepsi products. Rest in Pepperonis BWW; you were great once. But now when someone says they want wings, I have to ask, «Is BWW okay?»

Just an average BWW the food is the same as just about any other location. The waitresses are pretty good and the food delivery is speedy even when the place seems packed. All in all it is a great location to go to for wings and other menu items.

Review based on other BWWs and similar restaurants; we’re not comparing it to REDPrime here or anything cray like that. This is an aggregate review, as I am a several-​times-​a-​month regular. 4.5 stars, and I’m rounding up because of recent improvements so they get credit for positive momentum!
So here’s the thing: you probably know what BWW is. You probably have had their food. You probably can name some of their sauces. I’m going to try to hit the important stuff you might need to know about this franchise in SE Norman:
1. Service: used to be just OK, has ramped up to *very* good in the last several trips. They seem to have a new policy where shift managers are roving around, troubleshooting, taking drink orders, etc. It’s helped a TON. We experienced patchy service previously. Some of that was due to a bad server here and there, but a lot of it was just due to the size and nature of BWW. The new system is working great: the manager each time has made sure to get a drink order really quickly even when the server was not around. Good job BWW! Moreover, the server almost always gets our usual order right, which is pretty complicated. (We have a lot of different sauce needs.) When they’ve missed it, they correct it quickly. You might get a goober server here and there, but I think they’ve put good training in place and have good policies.
2. Food: so the food is corporatized franchise food. I like it. Some of it is quite good, most of it is above average, some is meh. But what you probably want to know is: they almost always get the order right. In my experience, it has always been served hot. In my experience, they bring it all out at the same time. I’ve never sent anything back. I did once have a not-​great quality chicken breast in my sammich, but with as often as I go and order the same thing, that can be overlooked.
3. Ambiance: very good. it’s loud, of course, and it’s a sports restaurant. The building is new-​ish, the décor is new-​ish, it’s clean, the bar area is big and fun. It’s a very nice BWW.
One demerit: parking. On busy days, they just don’t have enough parking spots. Which is kind of crazy because their parking lot seems ample. It isn’t.
This is a very, very, very good BWW. I recommend it!

Came here after watching Vols play OU. It was packed but the service could have been faster and better.

Visited this new establishment on Sept 25^th and had a very good time. The waitress was very helpful, there when we needed her but not pushy.
Ordered traditional wings, but the cook has serious counting issues. All orders were short more than a few wings, but the waitress gave us what was correct on the order and had the cook start the rest so that when we were halfway thru the orders we had, the rest of our order had arrived.
I will bring my family back again; hopefully the cook will have learned the menu and counting will no longer be an issue ;)
