I’ve never had a problem buying or consigning here. I make a good little chunk of money every time I take items in.

I didn’t buy anything. The shoe selection was nice. Some i could have found online and used for cheaper. The only advantage of going to the store is seeing them andbtrying them on before purchasing. The reason I am giving a two is because of customer service. The workers were unpersonable, unfriendly, and didn’t smile.

Should be called Cindy’s Ripoff Shop. She’s rude, dishonest, shady. I KNOWMYBAGSAREAUTHENTIC. ITSINSULTING for her to insinuate otherwise. I’m telling everyone that will listen what a clip joint this is. She«doesn’t deal in faux» and called and questioned the authenticity of my Coach bag and now 20 days later said she sold my $ 800.00LV as a faux. She never called and questioned it’s authenticity. I smell a rat. Read the rest of the reviews and decide for yourself

I agree with the other two reviewers. I also suspected they were keeping clothes past the 60 days when they are supposed to return them to donor or donate them, and keeping the money for themselves, because of seeing my things on rack past that time that had not been returned. I also saw a lady in Norman carrying a very distinctive purse I had taken there after I was under the impression it had not sold and been donated. When I went in to question the sales girl about it, she came across as rude as if she knew what they were doing and was trying to come up with some kind of answer to explain it. I don’t trust them.

I agree with an earlier Unilocaler who states the shop does not treat its customers well. Though I have shopped at this store a few times with my daughters, the way we were treated as consignment clients made us vow to never return. I took two boxes of nearly new brand-name clothing in(Talbots, Ann Taylor, J. Crew, Juicy, Michael Kors), and the clerk was incredibly rude. She demanded that we put the neatly folded clothes on hangers, even though they take them off and out them on their own hangers immediately. She criticized items with non-existent flaws, and told me to take a raw silk blouse«home and iron it.» It was clear that she had no experience with high end fabrics, especially silk and linen. Though she offered to take some of the clothing, she was so rude and dishonest that I took everything back and went to another shop. We will never go to Cindy’s again for any reason.

This is a consignment shop and I am not a big fan of the way they do business. It seems to me they are being shady and dishonest. They claim that any items you don’t come back to pick up after a 60 day consignment period will be donated. Yet, I went in today and found items of mine still on the racks that had expired two weeks ago. I went to the counter to see if I had any expired items left to pick up and they told me no. I guess the items are being donated alright, to the shop owner! These«expired» items are still on the sales floor and if they sell, the shop keeps all the proceeds. They no longer give the consignor any percentage of the sale price. Seems like a shady way to do business. I won’t be going back.
